The service was wonderful with a nice and pleasant staff. Very accommodating quick and efficient. The food was cooked to my expectations and was presented nice package. Not sure about the ambience as it was just some tables, so will give them a star for being clean. Mango tango was probably the best smoothie you can find in the area. Don't forget to try the breakfast egg wraps.

I ordered food to be delivered, the app took my payment and then I get a call saying it can’t be delivered. I’ve had it delivered before without a problem. Not sure what happened this time but I didn’t like going hungry.

Ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap and got a Caesar Wrap… there were only a few small bites in the wrap that had chicken and the croutons were quite stale. :/

While shopping in the mall, I decided to try out a smoothie place I came across. As I approached the counter to order, I noticed various cup sizes displayed on the side. Confused about which size represented the standard smoothie, I asked the guy behind the counter. His response was unclear, mentioning it depended on the smoothie selected, despite the menu showing all smoothies at the same price. I pointed out the menu inconsistency, but the employee seemed annoyed and gave a dismissive response. Fortunately, another staff member stepped in to help, but the encounter left me disappointed. The unfriendly attitude and lack of training in customer service at this supposedly hip place tarnished my mood and made me question my decision to try it out. A pleasant experience is equally important as quality of food or smoothies.

This is a wonderful place. They have wraps, smoothie bowls, juices, and smoothies. It is like a healthier Chipotle. The prices were a little higher than other places, but there is great quality and the service was excellent. I feel the wait could have been shorter, but it was a busy time and I understand that.

We frequent this location probably once mabe twice a week and it's great.Today we went in and had to wait several minutes for the cashier to come from the back where he was obviously taking some type of intoxicant because he was barely talking, didn't make eye contact and even worse he just prompted past the leave a tip option when we were using the card reader preventing the rest of his crew from receiving the tip we always leave.We observed the next clue of customers and he had acted and stumbled thru the other patrons. p.o.s. process as well not allowing them to leave a tip either.Our receipt say Cristofer L. And he is obviously unqualified for the position and need to review the corporate substance abuse policy.We will retrn because we enjoy the Columbians and the cookies

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Me & my friend stopped by here yesterday around 6pm, and had the most terrible experience ever with the customer service, as well as the smoothies that were made. I had waited 20 minutes to get my smoothie (& there were barely any people waiting) and when I had gotten it, the smoothie was very warm and tasted like crap. Same thing with my friends'. I had watched them make it the whole time and they were moving slow as molasses. They do not care about their customers or their time at all. When I had brought it to their attention, the man that had made my smoothie was very rude to me and rolled his eyes, as well as said something smart under his breath, & left. the manager approached me and asked what was wrong. I told her the issue and she just said that it's only three of them working so there's nothing that she can do for me at the moment except refund me my money. It was a frustrating experience, & considering the smoothies are expensive and not worth your money at all-- the size and the taste of them & the audacity of the customer service was the worst I had ever experienced and I will never go back again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was my first time at this location and definitely will be my last. Tropical smoothie it is!!
