Can’t even get the order right, more worried about their phone than serving.

Disgusting. Owner cant afford to fix window, pay staff, or throw out old food.
Everything they serve is cooked with a microwave and is comprised of cold cuts.
They use a spoon to mix all drinks that sits in a cup of water all day that never gets changed out.
Do not eat here if you value your health.
Drinks are good. Staff is polite, attentive and organized. The sandwiches, however, were sorely lacking. They have very little cheese and meat (one thin slice). The smear of cream cheese was comically light. Other Biggby locations are better.
Disappointing First (and Last) Visit
Tried this coffee shop for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. There was no one else in line, yet it still took the staff nearly 5 minutes to serve me a basic medium coffee—nothing fancy or custom, just a regular cup. I honestly couldn’t figure out why it was taking so long.
When I finally got my coffee, it was barely warm, definitely not fresh or hot. I had to return it, and instead of making a new one, the staff member simply reheated the same cup, which made it slightly warmer but still not good. The taste didn’t improve either—the quality was poor, weak, and bland. For $3.50, it was honestly worse than a $1 cup from McDonald’s and nowhere near Starbucks level.
The whole experience felt careless and slow, with no sense of urgency or attention to quality. I left disappointed and frustrated—and still in need of a real coffee.
After this visit, I can confidently say I won’t be coming back. There are too many better options out there.
When I entered the store, no one greeted me. When she finally noticed my presence, she asked, “What can I get you today?” I ordered my drink. However, she didn’t seem to enjoy her job at all. The other employee informed me that our drink would be ready shortly as my slip was printed. The employee making my drink was slamming things around and making a lot of noise, as if my presence in the store was an inconvenience to her. I should have stuck with getting my drink at the Biggby outlet mall, but the line there was too long. This location, however, had only one guest in the drive-thru and myself inside. Since I work in customer service, I understand that she could have been having an off day. Nevertheless, there was no excuse for her to treat me that way.
My first Biggby stop I'm from California and we don't have them yet.
My wife got the same drink she likes at Starbucks it was about 8$ and at Starbucks it's 6$. How do you out price Starbucks? They were nice and convenient. Maybe we need to try their drinks and deals next time.
This is my favorite Biggby's & I have a lot of faith in this store particularly - they have never done me wrong, not once.
It's a much longer drive for me than Starbucks & Tim Hortons, but it's so worth it every time. The staff is super kind and it feels like they put a lot of care into their work. I usually get a frozen butter bear latte and it's always perfectly blended & consistently yummy 🩷 On my bad days I always feel 10000x better after getting a drink from this store

Easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love coming here for a hot butter bear
We go here all the time as we are closer to here than Starbucks on Baldwin. So we have continuously supported this place. It’s almost not worth the money wasted anymore. Coffee always has grounds in it, they fill the cups full of ice to hardly give any iced coffee, the sandwich’s are always sloped together. And if you order food it’s almost an automatic 30min wait. It’s a shame to not be able to support anymore.
Iced coffee amazing.
Come early in the drive so you won't be late for work. I know the staff is trying to move fast.

The wait here is usually very long, so I tend to only go when I have time. This morning 12/15/24 around 11 I went and the people there were very kind. But my hot beverage lid smells like a very strong lotion. I went to take a sip of it and could taste whoever's lotion it was who put my lid on when taking a sip of coffee. I love this coffee place and respect the wait times, but this is just gross. I shouldn't be tasting someone's strong lotion while sipping my coffee. This is also the second time I've had this happen.
I’ve attempted to get coffee there twice so far and have yet to purchase one. The first try their point of sale system was down and they said they couldn’t take orders. This morning I waited about 15 at the speaker to order with only one car ahead of me. When they finally asked for my order I asked if it was going to take a while and was told yes, there was only one person working. I opted to leave the line so I wasn’t late for work. I have several friends that are baristas and have gone to non chain coffee shops where there was only one employees and it didn’t take nearly as long.
