Most inefficient coffee joint around. Wait in line 20 minutes. Ordered two brewed coffees and then wait behind everyone else’s orders for 15 more minutes.

20 MINUTES for ONE drink and when served it tasted like chemicals. NO REFUNDS. So the manager took 5 minutes to remake it. 25 MINUTES for one drink to be made RIGHT. There was a slow trickle of customers but nothing that would justify this?? People after me were getting their drinks just fine! I absolutely will NEVER purchase from here or ANY Biggby trash establishment EVER. What a garbage can of a company!

Awful customer service and bad attitude employees the obviously don't want to be at work. I wouldn't shop at Starbucks and now I won't shop at Biggby anymore. I could stay home and make my own coffee and save myself the bad attitude. Avoid this location

They messed up my drink and food order after taking 30 minutes to make it when they weren’t busy, the cashier had to ask me to repeat my order at least 4 times because it appeared she wasn’t listening.

I had a free drink on my Biggby card and the girl cleared my 12th free drink and still charged me for my coffee. Will not be back to this location. Also my cup is always messy and sticky or lid isn't secure at this location. No pride in their jobs.

Stopped by this coffee shop in the mall and unfortunately it was not as good as other locations I had visited. I ordered a cold brew coffee and it was very bitter and had little of the caramel flavoring that I wanted in it. The service during my visit was also rather mediocre as well. I did get my order quickly however and there was little wait time but I was disappointed that it was not consistent compared to previous visits.
