They take forever to make one single easy order they actually make their own coffee first try it while you are waiting for yours In front of you and after a while they actually remember to make yours. The highlight of the visit was that I watched a lady receiving hot iced tea ?

If I could give zero stars, I would worst service of my life even though I didn’t get service they open at 10 it’s 1130 and the two workers are busy gossiping to the point. I walked up and even asked if they’re open she said yes go back to register order and she ignore me. I stood there for 15 minutes with no service and was ignored while they continue to gossip. This location should be shut down!

I ordered an iced americano 20 oz and a 16 Oz iced coffee. Simple enough order. They forgot my order and I was waiting for at least 15 min. When I reminded them of my order they acted confused and only gave me a 12 Oz iced coffee. It was so strange. The workers were acting like they were high or something and confused. It was a really weird experience. I just asked for a refund and left without coffee. Don't go here.

Im just astonished of how well i was treated here! The coffee and food are one thing but the employees here are just so nice! One in particular being the attendant ryuu, they were so nice and provided excellent customer service! 10/10 would come again

Rude and disrespectful employees. I wrote a detailed email with the employee’s name and apparently the managers don’t care. I suggest you to go somewhere else.

Worst Americano I've had in my life. My husband also got a coffee and his was terrible too. I don't know what they could have done. Such a shame they can't make a decent coffee with such a prime location.
