BIGGBY COFFEE

I had a free drink on my Biggby card and the girl cleared my 12th free drink and still charged me for my coffee. Will not be back to this location. Also my cup is always messy and sticky or lid isn't secure at this location. No pride in their jobs.

Stopped by this coffee shop in the mall and unfortunately it was not as good as other locations I had visited. I ordered a cold brew coffee and it was very bitter and had little of the caramel flavoring that I wanted in it. The service during my visit was also rather mediocre as well. I did get my order quickly however and there was little wait time but I was disappointed that it was not consistent compared to previous visits.

Ordered online and got a notification that my order was ready, ended up having to wait 20mins for my plain bagel with extra cream cheese only to receive it with zero cream cheese

Staff completely ignored me at Great Lakes and proceeded to lie and say they were out of everything. Won't be coming back, really disappointing since I always go to Biggby for quick fuel needs

They are never open on time and I get there about a half hour after opening. They don't receive mobile orders when they are open on time. I often stand at the counter waiting for someone to take my order and nobody does until I speak up. The coffee is only mediocre and they overcook my bagels. HORRIBLE STAFF!!!

Took for ever (about 15 mins) to make brewed coffee (a very simple order).

Love my everyday coffee and my dose of chatting with the ladies there. Arlene is such a sweetheart she knows exactly how I like my coffee. The Manager is also very kind when I tell her i want to try something new she gives me a quick review of the best sellers and they never disappoint. If you’re ever in Great Lakes mall and need a coffee go check them out.

I love this place and its employees they always greet you with a big smile. I’m a regular they probably already know what I want before I order ☺️. The manager Christina and Arlene are amazing they make you love your coffee even more. I always go for the caramel marble and a havarti cheese and turkey bagel it’s the best. Keep it up biggby. 10/10

While on vacation I visited this coffee shop in Great Lakes Crossing. The staff here are friendly, fast, and efficient. Very clean environment I absolutely recommend coming here. Thank you Biggby for the best service.

Everytime I come here it's never a disappointment, especially when the Hispanic lady and her daughter are there. They're always soo funny and nice and the drinks and food are always amazing. I think she's the manager but if she's not she should be because she definitely makes it a pleasure to come here.

This is my favorite place to go to every time I go to the mall I rate it a 10/10 the bagels and coffee is fresh every time I come here
