They say have it your way but when you tell them they give it to you wrong. If there were a lot of people there when I went I would understand but when you're the only person how can or why did you get it wrong?

If you’re into cold food, poor service this is your spot ! Food was tasteless, employees yelling at each other .. didn’t get what we ordered. I wish i was given my receipt, i would have contacted headquarters. Very poorly ran BK lounge. Won’t be back.

They always have you wait at the first window until they know the food is ready then have you pull up to the second window. It can take forever! They are trying to beat the timer so it looks like they are faster than they are. Also, the food is usually incorrect 9/10 times. This last time the bun was stale and it was made incorrectly.
10/16/25. Ordered in store at dinner time, my food was made quickly, was correct and was delicious.
