I ordered delivery. Had ordered 2 kids meal chicken nugget meals and an original chicken sandwich and added onion rings to the order. DoorDash gave me the credits for the missing item. I called the store to let them know they forgot my fries and the "girl" that answered the phone immediately yelled at me and said the other person was with her when she bagged the order and she didn't forget my onion rings. I tried to explain what the order was and she spoke right over me saying I ordered a Diet Coke and I never asked for a drink. After she yelled at me I told her "f" you and hung up. I will never order from this location again and I will never recommend this location to anyone. The ABSOLUTE worst I have ever gone to.

The drive thru lane is way too narrow, can barely fit my car in without scratching the rims. Then once your in line you're stuck- giant curbs so you couldn't leave if you wanted too. Fountain pop has down for several days now. Parking lot is difficult to navigate and has massive potholes. Rude employees. BK general manager in the area needs to get with the franchise owner asap. It will fall on deaf ears but sending a complaint to corporate office. Very unprofessional and poor operation considering the busy area.

Went here to use the coupons I received in the mail. Get to the drive up and start my order. I get cool you got a coupon our systems doesn't work can't do coupons bro. I ask are you serious. Yeah bro our system is down. At this point even if I order I do not trust this establishment and I drive away from the order. Really need to figure out the service at this location. Not the first time I have been turned away because people do not want to work.

I had a mobile order. The shake machine was down. I told the worker I would refund it on the app (the shake) & the worker just started waving at me to leave. She said I can’t just refund one item.I contemplated getting back in line but it was full by then. There goes my lunch break, thanks.

Stay away!! Rude employees, cursing left to right, the worst kind of employees you would want especially the MANAGER. Burgers all screwed up, they even stole some of my money, smh. Recommend going down the street for more option. This place needs to be demolished, Amazon needs more parking anyways.

Usually there good but been going down hill if you go for lunch here beware they make food an hour before and let it sit and once there packed they use the old food to get by faster at lunch/rush hour all my food was cold and
The lady at the window told us to hold on, she started talking again so my friend thought she could start to order and when she did the employee was so rude! She told her she didn't say she could order and had an attitude! She tried to argue with us and when we got to the window she switched out with someone else. Typical
I was gonna go in to place my order at noon I was Greeted at the front door to be Told that the lobby is closed on weekends I find this ridiculous. Especially considing I was the only Customer they would have had at the time. One they lost I will go where I can sit down and eat.

When I pulled up it was so dead it looked closed so I was worried it was just that bad but it was the best experience with bk I've had. Lady at the drive thru was extremely nice, the fastest I've been through a drive thru, and the food was fresh, the fries were very hot and crunchy.
