Came here on the night of 2/2. Two young men closed the store an hour before they actually were supposed to. Would not even acknowledge me when I stood there. They were very rude and unprofessional.

Every time I go to this location, there always seems to be something. One time I got my food, but had to wait 15 extra minutes until I was able to flag someone to get my drink. Employees are always rude and I've even seen/heard them argue with customers. This time I had ordered ranch for the cheese sticks and I got bleu cheese that smells terrible, is separated, and almost looks like it should have been Italian dressing for how discolored it was. Not sure if they made sure it was refrigerated or not. The cheese sticks and sandwich were still good.

Have gone to Phillys countless through the mobile app to skip the line and questionable service. However, everytime I order they always mess up my order somehow. Usually, it is adding tomatoes when I asked for them to be removed (annoying but I just pick them off), but now it has become removing Mayo randomly when that was not asked for in the order or keeping mushrooms in when asked to be removed. I am not sure if its an issue with the app or staff, but please do not get food at this location if you are a 'picky eater' at all and will not eat one thing on the cheesesteak. Otherwise, (if made right) the Philly cheesesteaks are pretty good here.

I've been here a few times, and withheld judgement, but the 3rd time is too many to ignore.

The customer service here is TERRIBLE. Most of the staff could care less about the customers. They sit in the back and ignore you while messing around on their phones. When you do finally make eye contact, they look back down at their phones, wait another 30 seconds, then come to the front. Once at the front they don't greet you, say thank you or you're welcome.

I understand that these aren't the best jobs or places (malls), but show just a hint of giving a crap.

Literally craving Charleys, planned the whole trip around coming here .. waited in line watched everyone in front of order then when we got up front was told they were closing for the day, we were the last people in line, they could have took us ..it was only 4:30...

These burnt charcoal briquettes are the chicken nuggets they gave for my kids meal. They were rock hard. The employees were rude and seemed put out doing their job. They were so rude I didn’t feel comfortable going back to ask for a refund so I went and got my kid food from somewhere else. Would not recommend and will not return.

Workers clearly don’t want to be there. Forced me to use their kiosk, after waiting in line 15 min to place in person. In doing so, I paid ~$10 to customize my items (seeing the option) and was told after payment that they didn’t have any of it. They also didn’t give me a receipt so I could show them that they owe me a partial refund. Waited 20 minutes for the main food to be ready, when they handed me my fries and mozzarella sticks right away. Meaning they were cold and soggy by the time my sandwiches were ready. No straws, no ice in my beverages. I watched a worker (with gloves on) touch another worker and use the same gloves to cook. Yall are messed up bad at this location…uses to be good.

I’m a big fan of the food at Charlie’s but this location at Great Lakes Crossing could use a boost of customer service, cleanliness and over ordering efficiency. There is literally only one kiosk to order from and that is it. Makes for a long and inefficient line. All the equipment and countertops are always dirty and the employees don’t seem to care about customer service or have any sense of urgency for getting orders out.

I wish I could give zero stars. We placed a $40 order for our family and couldn't hear the number called out in the loud mall food court. After whispering our number twice, the employee immediately gave our food to a friend of theirs who was sitting nearby.

When we confronted the staff, they had to remake our entire order. What should have been a quick meal turned into a one-hour wait. To make matters worse, the second batch of food was completely unappetizing. The sandwiches were barely stuffed, the fries were cold, and our drinks had no ice.

We will never recommend Charlie's Cheesesteaks to anyone. Save your money and your time—go somewhere else.
