So I had this craving for Charley’s. While I was on a trip to the mall with my church. I walked up to the counter this kid this kid was on his phone. He let me stand there and he walked away. Another guy came and said we not open. So I went to Taco Bell. As I’m ordering my food now all of a sudden Charley’s is open. Just poor customer service I mean if you don’t want to work find another job. He could have just said we will open shortly it’s just that simple.

Second time ordering from this Great lakes location. First time was horrible service. Cussing, bad manners and wrong order 3 tries.Year later decided to try again as we don't have Philly Cheese steak places on the Canadian side. Wife ordered 2 cheese steak combos. Very clear speaker. She got an extra Dr.Pepper for some reason. Thiught OK fine. An extra pop. But when she went for the food, theu gave us one combo with 3 pops. Did not get charged extra but the service is horrible. Your employees are not happy working there. May be a management overhaul required

After I waited for half an hour.. The manager as she stated that runs the Charley's has the most evil attitude. Wanted to over charge me an extra dollar for the chicken philly, while I had to correct her as her sign showing only 11.99 for the Chixken Philly Sub... instead of saying sorry for the mistake and apologize to me... she yelled and said next customer.... I was disappointed from her behavior, I'm not sure if she does that all the time charging an extra dollar..... Honestly I will never come to this place again... Thank you Charley's.

There were 3 workers there. No one takes your order, it's all on 1 computer, so the line was long. All 3 workers are doing different things, and calling out your order randomly, like for example I was order #22. I ordered 1 Philly cheesesteak, fries, and pop. One worked called my order number and only had my pop, a few minutes later, another worker calls my order and gave me my fries, I wait about 5 minutes for my sandwich to be finished and another worker called out my number again. So 3 times my number was called out by 3 workers, and I had to get my single meal, 3 different times. The food is good, but the counter was very messy. Seeing as there are about 8 other places to eat inside the mall, I would opt for something else, solely for the lack of organization. I did not like that no one took my order, and there was 1 computer to order from. It's nice actually talking to the workers, and being able to answer questions. Also it's card only, no cash.

This was by far the worst philly I have ever had. This place should be closed down. Food took 45 min..the meat was so salty it was gagging..fake cheese really topped it and made the taste even more salty. Fries where raw. And we added cheese . There was more cheeze whip than fries. The service was beyond horrible..the little young manager was overwhelmed and had no clue how to control the huge line of people waiting..and her employees..one guy with the natty hair gave everyone angry and nasty looks..when the complained about food especially the fires..the guy who was cooking had no business cooking...really the owner should be ashame of this place..as a owner..all would be fired...I would rather be closed for a week to re train or hire new staff..than have my customers unhappy..

My food was good. The service was horrible. I ordered a large chicken philly meal. They gave me my fresh 8 mins before my food was ready I waited a total of 15mins for my food. Customers who ordered after got there before me. The cashier is extremely rude an definitely should not be the first employee up front super

Spent 34 dollars. No one greeted us so we ordered through the kiosk. We didn't get the extra lettuce extra mayo extra buffalo sauce extra tomato on our subs. Not returning anytime soon. We are here weekly. I guess it's Panda Express next week.

Listening to rap music blasting with cussing while small children are around and the workers totally blowing you off and dismissive. Worst setting. By far worst Charley’s I have ever been to.

Awful experience, would never eat at this place if I have to deal with the employees that are serving this place. They ignored us and took everyone else’s order, when we stood in line the guy threw something in the sink and we were told that we had to order on the kiosk although he had just taken someone else’s order. This is the rudest staff I have encountered and if something isn’t done, this business will soon be out of business. I am very disappointed with how we were treated.
