If I could rate this Chili’s location 0 stars, I would. I scheduled a “pick-up” and a “delivery” order through Uber Eats. After explaining the situation to the manager (I think her name was Tiffany) she would not allow us to pick up the order scheduled for “pick-up” or take the other “delivery” order (despite the delivery driver arriving and confirming the order). She openly berated my brother, who was the one grabbing the order. Tiffany was extremely rude and insulting and portrayed incorrect events, which also resulted with us not being given our food. We attempted to call the store back after going in person and we were on hold for over 15 minutes. The order is still outstanding and we have to contact both the credit card company and Uber Eats to dispute it.

I love Chili's, but this isn't my normal location. It's right outside of great lakes crossing mall.
Staff is wonderful and friendly, but the food was not so good. Chips were bland and the burger was salty and overcooked. I should have stuck with my usual, the triple dipper!

I am not usually a big fan of chain restaurants- growing up with a father who owned a string of independent restaurants I always chose the small businesses over the chains, never the less we needed a place to eat dinner we had just finished shopping at Great Lakes mall and they were a close by option! The food was amazing! The service was even better from the manger to the waitress? Our table was be always being pre bussed, food came out hot and quickly, the burgers were great ! The floors were clean and the bathrooms were spotless! I was very happy with our experience. We will be back when we are in the area!

We came in yesterday night and were seated immediately which was great because the past two weekends we’ve came it was packed. These two Hosts were new seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing but our server Aliscia was nothing short of amazing!!! She was so sweet, fast, and knew the menu like the back of her hand. Her customer service was top tier. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had here in a long time. She made sure our cups stayed full with out us even having to ask. She even walked us through the cash out process and helped us make sure we were logged into our membership to get our free chips and salsa. Will be coming back more often just to see her beautiful face and for the famous triple dippers of course (:

Great options and portions were decent. Take out was well done with potatoes in a container and asparagus wrapped with the garlic butter on the side. Steak done well as takeout utensils were easily used to cut it. Mozzarella sticks were perfect.

I went to this Chili’s location with my boyfriend for a date.when we got there we were greeted with an amazing smile from the host. She walked us to our table where the server greeted us with an amazing attitude and offer us appetizers. The food was very tasty and the dragon lemonade is to die for definitely will be coming back to this Chili’s .the manager Tiffany was very funny and sweet always checking on us every minute she had

Never been to any chili’s location, so I thought tonight that could change but I know now I am not missing out on anything. Service was dismissive when placing a to go order. It took multiple tries to get someone willing to place the order, and the bartender didn’t want a “to go order” sitting at the bar. I find it interesting because that is common practice at most restaurants to ask individuals to wait/sit there when it’s not dine in. There was no one or place that was designated for “to go orders, ”for this unwarranted attitude. The staff was just not welcoming and honestly not worth a second try in my opinion. I Hope the staff understands that “to go orders” are just as important as any other order placed at a table. Because last time I checked the money spent on the product is still the same. Sadly a tip was given out of kindness, but that shouldn’t have changed the service drastically. Such a shame. Please do better for the next customer.

There was a wait time and we still got seated very quickly followed by drinks and appetizers and food came out so fast ..our server was amazing our server plus manager kept checking on us making sure that our food was good and if we needed anything and the food was so good..absolutely no complaints
