Our waitress Hope sucked. Even using the device and repeating our order over three times it was still messed up. Seemed like she didn't want to wait on us. Drinks was messed up as well. I guess we shouldn't expect to be welcomed, heard, and respected by everyone. Maybe she was having a bad day. But the customer service was off.

Terrible experience. We were not offered refills, appetizers came to the table with spilled sauces and our waitress never followed up with us until the Manager was spoken to. We won’t be going back which is a shame because we have loved other Chili’s locations…

The food was great and our server was very attentive and was patient with my elderly grandfather, however my grandpa left his wallet at the table. When we called and let them know they said no one turned it in. I asked if they could ask our waiter as she was cleaning the table when we left. They said the could not find it. Today thay called and said they found it in an employee only area. Minus the money he had in it. Which means our server who my very generous grandfather gave a 50% tip to took his wallet of the table took the cash and disposed of it in an employee only area.

Service was great our bartender was amazing. However it’s 230am right now and both me and my boyfriend have been having serious stomach issues multiple runs to the bathroom. Disappointed because We both saw a chilis after shopping at Great Lakes and since our closest one back at home closed down years ago. Used to love chilis but the food is dry and made us sick. Wah. Also the whole subscribe to get free salsa and chips is weird. :(. again, our bartender was amazing.
Santa Fe burger with 2 patties is a tasty monster of a sandwich. Thought I was going to eat half and take half home. Ended up eating 2/3 at the bar.

Loud environment, I guess that goes with the family theme. The bathroom was dirty but was under construction. The food was okay. My wife and I both got Mexican salads . My margarita, house blend , was bland and lacked flavor.

This is a nice chili's location. Right next to the mall. The service is great, and food came out fast even with it being busy. Love the $10.99 meal with a drink and soup or salad. It is way better than fast food and you get more for the price! The chicken crispers are one of our favorite meals as well.
Our waitress Elissa was so extremely excellent. She was quick, through, attentive, explained the menu & options thoroughly. Kept our refills coming often and quickly. Often checking back on our needs. Chips, salsa, Queso dips were so delicious and our food came quickly 😋 We would return without hesitance with a waitress like Elissia/Alessia on 3/21/25
