This place will be a regular dessert place we will go to often. I didn’t realize how awesome it’d be. We brought the family in. They had something for everyone. Owner is wonderful. We were passing through in a trip and had finished dinner in the same plaza and decided to get some desert. We saw this place and looked at the flavors listed outside and went in. We noticed the flavors were not the options available inside and maybe, since this was our first time, that was just showing what they might have. When we walked in at 8 on a Saturday night the place was empty - completely empty. The person working didn't show up until we were nearly ready to check out. Luckily, although it was our first time in, we were familiar with the concept. When she arrived from the back she didn't say a word. We finished there were 3 of us, and we put our containers on the scale - again unassisted or spoken to and her first words were $40.05. I almost passed out and asked "did you say $24?" She repeated $40.05 and I paid and got us out of there. I know this can be an expensive option - I have been to 2 other similar places - butIt was much more than I expected. This coupled with the no service and completely empty store told me we hadn't chosen well and will no be back. If you want to charge a premium for your goods and service, you need to provide a reason for people to come, stay, return and recommend. This is not the place. BTW, yogurt, didn't have much or any taste and some topping were good, others stale.

I was confused until I read the reviews.Hours and service are really up in the air.Came at around 12:30 and a sign said "we'll be back at 1". Understandable, weird considering it's lunch hour and the strip was busy.Came back around 2 and I asked the lady were there any vegan options, and she said no quickly. But the reviews state it's dairy free options available so what gives? Is your Boba or ice cream made with honey or eggs? That is so weird for her not to say anything else other than no. So I said okay... well is there a job bulletin board inside of here for the community? And she approaches me, arms crossed, and said no. I didn't think she heard me at first so I repeated what I meant and she shook her head no, still folded arms, with a mean unfriendly attitude toward really innocent questions. Did not feel welcomed here and I'm not blaming it on anything but bad customer service from the lady and/or owner.

This place has really taken a hit service-wise. Came in today, and literally the girl only came out of the back to ring us up. Could’ve walked out with anything we wanted. More customers came in, and she was again in the back nowhere to be found. Yogurt was good, but the experience was horrid. This is my second time post-Covid visiting, and it was the same deal the last time. Missing worker.

It’s been years since I’ve been here, but I moved back to the area and I was so excited to come here! Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I tend to build a very large Sunday so when I saw that it was $20, it caught me a little offguard, but at the same time whatever. The problem was when I got home. When I was using the cookies and cream, it was a blue color which I thought was odd and when I got home and tasted it, it tasted like nothing. The cake batter was the color of butter scotch but unfortunately also the same flavor. It was very delicious and if I wanted butter scotch, it would’ve been great but it just was not. Probably will not be back.
