This was the worst experience I ever had at a DQ.First of all the food menu only consisted of hot dogs ( no all beef 50%Pork) the staff said they had no room inside for grilling other meats or even fries. Second of all I ordered a hotfudge brownie Sunday . They prepared the ice cream , charged me without even telling me the fudge was cold as the icecream the only brownies the had were stale looking chunks which looked like it had been sitting in the container for weeks. This is far from the traditional DQ which it's reputation was built on . I will never set foot in this establishment again .instead I recommend everyone to go to the one in Baldwin they serve it up right !!
Kaylin and her Team are AMAZING! The customer service is off the charts, thank you!
the manger Sarah, with the blacked out eyebrows and the cakey makeup, had such an attitude. Rolling her eyes and just huffing after everything. And she’s like this every time i go in, I just now learned her name because enough is enough. Learn how to be professional and have good customer service. especially if you’re a manager.
Who doesn't live a dairy queen. Never a problem. I always like my options
Fast friendly ice cream what could be better
Girls are really friendly
I Came here today and I'm impressed with the staff. There are only 3 ladies working here today with a line nearly out the door and they're doing a great job. The only complaint thay I have is that the card readers do NOT have a TIP option. If you have extra cash, please tip the workers here, espexially during the summer weather! Considering how much corporate makes, the very least that they can provide to the workers is a system that allows customers to tip!
I got the superman with cookie dough yum
Great service and ice cream
Went here 03/31 and they were quite busy with just 2 people working (younger ladies) and they were doing an awesome job and were pleasant about it and the blizzards were perfect.

I come here all the time and today I was absolutely disgusted because I saw the worker girl with the clear glasses and wacky eyebrows assembling an ice cream cake with bare hands. She didn’t wash her hands or put on gloves, which is totally against the food code. If you want a bare handed, manhandled cake then this is your place. Train your employees to not be disgusting.
My daughter turns 4 today, I have two other children, we always choose her cake and the one from this store and today we repeated it as always for each birthday, but to my surprise the employee they had apparently had a bad day, or was upset that I took her away from what she was doing on her cell phone, she was very rude, to the point that she told me that the only thing I could write to her was Happy Birthday Aur and my daughter's name is Aurora, as a business owner which I am also, our businesses depend on customer service and having clients.

Good ol standard DQ. You know what you're going to get. They do have specials Monday-Friday, but unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of it, you could probably call and ask.
This is one of the few locations around that take mobile ordering, so you can skip the line if you want to do that! I don't recommend ordering a dipped cone via the mobile app, your shell will end up coming off. Blizzards, sundaes, shakes, etc are fine to order ahead, not cones.

I was quite disappointed with my visit at this location on Walton in Auburn Hills today. I went in and it was one young lady working, but it was one couple ahead of us and 3 guys came in after us together. Well the service was awful, it was obvious that she was irritated that we were there and nastily took my order. While she was preparing my order she yells out to the 3 guys behind me and says “is anybody else getting food, so I can go ahead and make while I’m fixing this order” the guys proceed to tell her what they want and she’s mumbling under her breath and slamming things around. I have never had an issue while visiting this store but her attitude will make me visit other locations. I can understand feeling overwhelmed if working alone, but customers should not feel like you are upset that they are there. The environment was calm and we all were patiently waiting so there should have been a little bit more kindness shown to us as well.
