I’ve tried the coffee from this location 3x thinking that maybe it would taste like Dunkin coffee but the coffee here taste nothing like the original Dunkin coffee. Horrible coffee.

A little advice because this place runs out of ingredients all the time. I came through the drive-through today to make sure that if I ordered the cookie butter cold brew, they’d have all the ingredients to make it and nothing will be missing. Because for me, it would be worth driving a couple miles down the road to the next Dunkin to get my order the right way. Thankfully, after two days, they have everything in order to make the cookie butter cold brew. I really like this place. I come here nearly every single day And they are very nice at the window. I wouldn’t say so much as inside because I can understand they’re probably pretty busy multitasking, etc. and then you’re dealing with regular people trying to keep up with the pace of work. I would say that it is a hit or miss like you can come here maybe 23 days in a row and it’s good and then the next couple of days Either the coffee is too watery, it’s not filled to the broom or something is missing like mentioned earlier. Other than that, I do like this it’s really close by and the people at the window are very kind.

This location is ALWAYS out of basic items. Last time it was coffee roll (cinnamon roll)... this time a PLAIN bagel. Come on folks!!!

I guess I cannot place a mobile order for this location EVER AGAIN! I have to make sure I have time to stop in, survey the land, have a Q&A with the staff, etc and order inside. 🤦🏾🤦🏾

I come 2-3 times a week for coffee and will sometimes grab food with it. The coffee is always good to great. The employees are always kind! The food, however, will always almost taste like it has seeped in some kind of plastic lining. Or freezerburned. I have no clue which it is, but it adds a weird taste. Donuts are good.

I tried calling ahead of time to check to see if an item was in stock but no one answered which in the morning is understandable when busy. But after showing up I'm waiting in line but the cashier takes the order of the person behind me because he's a regular and doesn't even ask if it's ok that they do that. And of course what I wanted was out of stock

Horrible attitude from the morning staff! They saw me then the cherry on top was them being racist. Never going back again.

A nice Dunkin in the Auburn Hills area near Oakland University.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast while traveling south. We prefer Dunkin over pretty much every other standard coffee chain.

The service was good here, they were polite and fast. The lobby and restroom were very clean.

The order came out quickly, we ordered coffees and breakfast sandwiches. They were good, not exceptional, just good.

Overall recommended.

Came in Ordered a Matcha latte & it came with heavy matcha powder unmixed….Heavy ice when I specifically asked for less ice. Instead of sitting it where the mobile orders go it was hidden behind the counter… Waist of time. To add to my disappointment there were no hash browns in stock. It was small in there too so it made for a cramped experience.

The orders were wrong multiple times and it was so confusing. We had to go over and over again asking for the right order. But the food was good. So overall it was confusing.

Food is below average. I got a wake up that was harder to chew than a rock. Drinks were sugar water.

I live in Rochester, but I make the drive to get Dunkin at this location because it’s the closest one and the workers here are so rude. I went to the drive-through and I ordered avocado spread, and the worker judged my order and told me why I would order avocado spread and I said because I want to put it on my toast when I get home and then the worker just gave me a dirty look and said why not just buy real avocados and I just think it’s disrespectful to tell me what I can and can’t order and judge me for it. I genuinely just like the taste of the Dunkin avocado spread. That’s why I ordered it but I didn’t expect to get judged for it and it makes me not want to go back and have that experience again.

Absolutely awful Dunkin. I don’t know why I keep trying to give Dunkin my business be it this location or others. Simple reality is south Asian franchise owners don’t value customer service anywhere near American standards. With one other person in store I waited 7 minutes before walking out. No acknowledgement. Guy at the cash register was wearing some braided bracelet that was dragging across every donut he grabbed and then vanishing for minutes to work on order of person in front of me despite peak time and other employees. Dunkin is way too inconsistent as a brand and their franchise owners are too stingy and nowhere near customer service-focused.

Good, clean place, small inside area but just letting you know that they use a lot of ice for cold brews. Mine tasted good and was fine but it was max ice to the top..
