I do mobile orders every morning at this dunkin, usually John at the window and he’s very kind and it’s always been great interaction! Same with all of the others that work there, I unfortunately don’t know their names! But my iced caramel macchiatos are always perfectttt 🤤 I come here with my kiddos sometimes too to treat my kids with a lil breakfast wrap before school and they love them! I’ve stolen a bite or two from em (mom tax of course) and theyre good😊 I prefer this dunkin over opdyke rd 🤫🤫

I visit this location on my way to work nearly daily. Some service is better than others. My order is always correct when one gentleman is working the drive thru, while the very next day if I pull up to the window and I don’t see him I instantly know my order will be wrong.

This used to be an enjoyable place when Ryan was the manager. The employees seemed happy and everything came out perfect but since they fired him the place hasn't been the same. I will no longer be supporting a company that doesn't support good and hard working people.

DISAPPOINTING. Every delivery pickup its like a surprise they have one or are clueless. Unprofessional. Clearly prioritize the drive thru. Waiting extra 10 minutes everytime minimum

This locations employees have severe attitude problems I go here every day and almost have an issue every time today was the last time I purchased a frozen coffee get it from the employee and it does not even Frozen when I say something he just looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about I will not visit this location again in the future my visit was a pure waste of my money
