No curbside order available when their app let you select "curbside" option and even ask you what kind of car you drive and let you click on "I'm here" button when you arrive. When I walked into the store after waiting for over 20 minutes, they just told me they don't do curbside. Very misreading. The option should be removed from the app.

There is no Einstein Bagels on OU campus the place shut down two years ago.The place people are complaining have the “wrong menu items” is the Library cafe lmao.Owner replies are a bot.

It's a self-serve with very little menu choices, rude staff, and disorganized. Anything they have on their online menu will not be available at this location. Nothing seems 'fresh'. Very poor quality location

This location doesn’t exist. Wish I would’ve read the reviews before I wasted the gas riding around OU’campus! Google needs to remove this location from the listings… they owe me some gas!
Lame. The location on the map is incorrect and it was waste of time trying to find this on Oakland University's campus.
There is not an Einstein bagels here, just a Starbucks that possibly sells Einstein bagels. They are actually closed on Fridays

The worst Einstein I have ever been to. They need to let go of everyone there and replace them with professional/knowledgeable individuals. They are very rude and are non accommodating.
