When I called about my pizza and the manger said she could put ranch on it this time and still did not. I asked if I could pay extra for ranch and the manager (a female) younger lady, said they don’t have a button to add that on pizzas. Event though they have ranch and use ranch within their store for wings and special pizzas. So now you can take this 1 star for being a garbage customer service experience, the manager said she has to count for the product at the end of the day. I understand that but lady you will not be working for them forever. Do you get a gold star everyday for following all the rules. Hungry Howie’s does not do anything on a job resume at any big corporation other than fast food. Have fun in the food industry and keep earning those companies money for your $12 an hour . I won’t be going to this location they can make their income off someone else :)

While I was standing there waiting for my order to get done, the employee handling my wings was not using proper food safety handling, he was grabbing my wings straight out the bag with his bare hands and putting them on the tray to be cooked, when I asked why he wasn't using gloves and could he please use gloves he said that he didn't have to, that's when another employee told me because of how high the temperature gets in the oven it will burn off any germs, I couldn't believe what I was hearing and I felt like my concerns as a paying customer were not taking seriously, I quickly left the store

If you try to call the restaurant to order a pizza they transfer you to a call center and refused to give you the online only deals in store if you don't know how to use the app they made me go out to my car and order the pizza since they wouldn't give me the deal which was the absolute worst pizza I've ever had don't worry I won't be back and I'll make sure to tell others to go to Papa Romano's at least that owner puts more pride in his work and the food is much better

This particular Hungry Howie's pizzeria is exceptional. The pizzas I ordered were spot on and cooked (baked) to perfection. The service was excellent and in a great location. My order was right on time as I requested. I highly recommend this Hungry Howies on Walton Blvd in Auburn Hills. Quality five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and quality made pizzas ?.... $11.99 for a two topping large. That is a pretty good deal

Always a great pizza for my family! And I'm deaf and always great to see a deaf person working there that I can communicate ASL sign language easily to put in my orders. The best supporting deaf doing the job is inspiring!

Husband ordered at 11:14 on 06-21 (so a little over an hour ago). Order 1184. Driver left the food at the wrong hotel room even though we put the correct room number in our order, so our food was given to someone else. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the store. Will not be ordering from this location again. Maybe hire your own drivers instead of outsourcing. Spent $60 to feed someone else.
