Placed order through website after 1 1/2 hours waiting I called and had a guy laugh at me when he realized it was through door dash and they never even made the pizza. App said on the road said it was made, reviewed, and on its way yet nope never even made cause door dash was new to them and they didnt see it

Generally have a good experience here. However, tonight I ordered a pizza at 11 o’clock and was scolded when I picked it up at around 11:20pm. Told that I was “lucky we’re still here” and after saying yeah I appreciate it was then told “else could’ve been outta here 15 minutes ago” as if it is my fault I ordered a pizza from a pizza shop… during business hours. Also ordered “extra” sauce and was met with less than what I feel would normally be on a pizza.

I called to place a delivery order on 8/2 at about 10:45pm and the guy who answered the phone automatically sounded like he didn’t want to be talking to me. I asked to place an order for delivery and he very rudely stated “um actually we don’t have a delivery driver so…” after that, i just hung up the phone. very rude employee.

Pizza wasn't cooked enough even though well done was requested. Crust was dry even though we ordered butter parm and Garlic. Unfortunately it was the only location nearby open after 10pm that evening. Probably won't go back.😥

When I called about my pizza and the manger said she could put ranch on it this time and still did not. I asked if I could pay extra for ranch and the manager (a female) younger lady, said they don’t have a button to add that on pizzas. Event though they have ranch and use ranch within their store for wings and special pizzas. So now you can take this 1 star for being a garbage customer service experience, the manager said she has to count for the product at the end of the day. I understand that but lady you will not be working for them forever. Do you get a gold star everyday for following all the rules. Hungry Howie’s does not do anything on a job resume at any big corporation other than fast food. Have fun in the food industry and keep earning those companies money for your $12 an hour . I won’t be going to this location they can make their income off someone else :)
