We then had an issue with the payment and he took care off that. Nice to meet a young man who wanted his customer to be totally happy even though he was extremely busy.

This was my first time visiting this jet's location, and I was very excited to try the cheese bread I had enjoyed at other locations. Unfortunately, when I got the cheese bread here, it was burned and crunchy. This really upset me because I believe first impressions are everything. However, I thought everyone can have a bad day, so I decided to give it another shot.
Regrettably, the second time was the same—the cheese bread was still burned and crunchy, and the bread itself was hard. It was difficult to bite into, and the cheese was also overcooked. I feel like this is a consistent problem, and they really need to address it. I definitely won't be returning a third time.g a third time.

Guadalupe a manager there is very rude & shouldn't be a manager there he needs to go back to crew not a manager very unprofessional & should not be representing your company!!! Every time we order something they forget ranch or our order is always wrong!! This store need retrained!!!!!

I guess I shouldn't have ordered at noon. Ordered on line and asked for delivery. Driver was great. At least one of the pizzas were burnt. It should never have gone out like that. I'm thinking they were more worried about getting it out than what they sent. I mean: it's been delivered and the driver is gone. What is the customer gonna do? It's not like it was a pick- up and they can look at it before they leave, right? Oh well. Lesson learned.

Horrible Experience – Disrespectful and Unprofessional I just went to order pizza at Jet’s (Five Points location) and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It started with me calling to place an order. The worker who answered spoke so quietly I could barely hear him. When I said takeout, there was a long pause until I had to say “hello?” before he responded. I asked for a 16-piece boneless BBQ wings, and he told me there was no 16-piece, only a 24-ounce. I said that was fine, but then he repeated back that he had me down for 30 ounces of wings. When I asked the price, he told me $31 — none of it made sense. The whole time he seemed out of it, distracted, and honestly sounded like he might have been high. Because the call was so confusing, I gave the phone to a family member to try again. Once again, the worker was quiet, hard to hear, and very out of contact with the call. My family member asked for two 8-ounce boneless BBQ wings. After another long pause, my family member even asked if he was messing with us because of how strange the interaction was. The worker claimed the phone had cut out but confirmed the order as boneless wings. When we picked up the order, they gave us bone-in wings instead of boneless — exactly what we had repeated multiple times to avoid. We called back immediately to tell them they got the order wrong. Again, the worker was out of it, never once apologized, and continued sounding like he was not fully present or possibly under the influence. We explained clearly that it was their mistake and now an inconvenience for us to drive back out, so they should deliver the correct order to us for free. Instead, he insisted we would have to pay a delivery fee, which made no sense. When we asked to speak to the manager, he put us on hold, and then came back himself — the same person. At this point he was disrespectful, mocking things we said in a childish voice, and speaking in a rude, irritated tone. When we asked for names, he gave his in a dismissive way and snapped back “Would you like me to spell it out for you?” when we confirmed the worker’s name. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Eventually he said we would be reimbursed, but at no point did anyone apologize or take responsibility. Overall, this location was rude, unprofessional, and wasted our time. After this horrible experience, we will definitely never order from this Jet’s Pizza again.

I would never go to any jets pizza and spend not a dime ever….8 mins away really ???
