Just like their slogan, they are Freaky Fast! They are my go-to when I'm in a time crunch and need something better than a greasy fast food burger. Online ordering makes the process even faster.

I understand being busy or understaffed but this location needs better management and better customer service, we ordered food for a work crew that didnt show up over an hour after it was ordered when we called to ask about it a very snippy worker answered the phone and said it was with the driver who had 5 other orders to take and that was all she knew we thanked her for her time and received a nasty “sure” and a hang up

Apparently if you place a delivery order they’ll lie and say they don’t have it then put the manager on to say it was sent out only because I called. Order status never updated until I called the store. According to the manager you’re supposed to stand outside and wait for your order?? Just plain ignorant, attitudes are horrible and definitely have lost a customer.

Suppose to be the country club I added cucumbers and they very little ham and no turkey. And on my way to an appointment so no time to turn around. So frustrating. This is made poorly.

I have selected the curb side pickup order and waiting for 20minutes outside. Then I went inside to collect the items. She mentioned that they don’t have any idea that its curbside or not. But I have to show her from the bill that It mentioned as curbside.

I ordered a wrap and the “portion” of turkey that JJs now gives is one piece of meat LOL, according to the manger Emily on staff that’s how it’s always been. She was not only rude, she hung up the phone on me because I said I was charged .99 for cheese I didn’t get. Get it together. I won’t be going back yall suck

I can't believe that I had to pay almost $11 dollars for a sandwich that contained two thin pieces of thin ham and one thin piece of cheese and two pieces of bacon and and 4 pickle slices. The sandwich was like a piece of bread with nothing in it. The value is terrible and I will never come back. I was a regular several years ago when you received good value for half the price, no longer!
