The slowest jimmy John’s around. And the drive through speaker is awful and causes extra time, miscommunication, and frustration and then missed items in my order and had to go back in. I will drive farther to another jimmy John’s and still save time next time.

A nice little sandwich shop near I75 on Auburn Hills.
We stopped after a loooooong day of traveling and wanted something quick and easy.
The service was excellent, the staff were super friendly and fast, and very patient for the fact that it was 30 minutes before close.
The sandwiches were good. We had a Tuna and. Mediterranean wrap. The Tuna was a little dry but good, the wrap was good.
Would recommend and will eat at again.

Consistent at being slow. 4 cars in line took 30 minutes. I was in line at 11:00. Not just a one time thing. Every other JJ has fast service. Why this one is always so slow makes no sense. I can drive 6 miles further to Jersey Mikes,order, get my food and drive back faster than going to This JimmyJohns.

This location gets a lot of hate. I basically come here daily for lunch around 12pm and the longest I ever waited was 10 minutes in lobby. Most days my order is ready in 5 minutes or less. The staff is bussin. For that, I am grateful.

Poor service sure not fast at all. You need lots of time to get your food. It was Friday around 3 two cars in the drive and 4 customers inside and I waited over 30 minutes for 1 sub. Before I got my food , I requested my money back and was told I don't have to give you a refund and if I didn't like that I could leave. No manager to talk with.

did a mobile order so i could just get in and out… had to wait in line to get my food because they didnt put it out when i got the notification saying it was ready. they forgot my side and the drink was awful since they ran out of syrup in the machine.

14 minutes waiting to order…ended up leaving the line.
Just had the strangest experience. The older man who was repeating “I’m not your boss anymore” to his staff was just rambling on and on chaotically which I’ve only in extreme mental disorders or under the influence of substance abuse. I tried to order on the drive through but the weird chaotic rambling made it impossible so I came into the store to figure out what was going on. It was very weird. When I came in store he was rambling nonsensically about my request for Minute Maid zero which they “don’t have and never have” and I had to say “I’m right here, please don’t do that”. (There is Minute Maid zero sugar offered at this store. I just took my cup and filled it myself.)
To management, this occurred 6/21 445pm. White male 6ftish with blue eyes. Please look into this. It was very odd and I felt concerned for the other coworkers. I hope they’re ok and I hope he is okay too and gets any help he might need.

Not very freaky fast. Quite incredibly slow. Placed an order for a sandwich and a pickle, arrived 14 minutes later, waited for an additional 15 minutes. They were taking there time on getting a pickle.

Second week in a row that the drive thru can't get an order right. Order a blt with no mayo and I get more mayo than you could imagine. So that's a sandwich for the trash can. Ordered a tuna, regular, they put it on wheat? Yall are failing every time I visit. So I'm gonna stop eating here all together. Get it together....

I just waited in excess of 30 minutes in the drive thru line while watching 4 vehicles park go in get food and leave. I will never be held hostage in an unexitable drive thru line like that again.
