At my time at this particular store there were fights breaking out in front of the customers. The manager there has poor management skills in keeping the peace at the store. In my opinion I think everyone there should be fired and there should be new employees hired who have more respect for each other and who know how to act in front of customers. Everyone there needs an attitude adjustment. To conclude this review I hope you all have a good day and hopefully a fight doesn't break out in front of you when you're ordering food or picking up a door dash.

I have never been to a fast food place where the staff have been repeatedly so rude when ordering. I get people have a bad day but after 4 times of being treated poorly going here I'm done.

I ordered the 16 piece original we only got 3 of the 4 sides and I didn’t recieve my cherry poppers. Chicken was so greasy the skin was saturated in grease you couldn’t even hold it in you hands. The coleslaw was so dry. This is the worst experience I have ever had at

This place is a joke, bad service, just beware. Rude employees. DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE-THRU your order is going to come out wrong plus they don’t give you a recipt.

Service was bad overall...but WHEN they finally acknowledged I was waiting at the counter, and that I was more than just a door dasher or über eats driver...they THEN decided to serve me & take care of my order

My wife ordered dinner online as we drove home from work. We each got a Famous Bowl and I got a chicken sandwich. We got there just after the app said our meal was ready. When we pulled up to the window, we were told our meal was not ready, and it would be 8 minutes. We were offered the options of coming into the store, or coming back in 8 minutes. We chose the later. After 8 minutes, we went through the drive in again, same excuse, same 8 minutes again. This time we were asked to pull around in front and they would bring our meal to us. 10 minutes later, I call the store from my car, we are told another few minutes. Finally, 25 minutes after we arrived, they brought us our meal. Does it really take that long to prepare a chicken sandwich and 2 famous bowls? The team there needs some major re-training.

This was a terrible experience. We were missing one item that we ordered. Had to ask for our drinks. Did not receive straws. Did not receive a receipt to prove that we were missing. Part of our order. Was then told that we were only charged for what was in the bag and would not be given what was missing. It was a black woman running the window and she was extremely rude from the moment she answered the intercom until she told us to pull away from her window.

I'm giving 5 stars to one of the team member named Deliverance. She is a very professional, pretty young lady. Every single time I come in, she greets me, takes my order without hesitation and I never have to wait when she serves me. She does everyone like that. She has a pleasant smile all the time, very respectful.. I believe she comes in on Tuesdays, the only day that I will come in. Some team members , especially the manager with her mean self, needs to take note. I'm not the only that feels that way. Deliverance keep doing what you're doing.

The staff at this location is literally horrible for customer service. I placed an online order and drove to the store. Then (with no one else in line) told me I had to park my car and come inside to the lobby to get my food because they’re still preparing it. Weirdo stuff man. It’s fast food. I’m not getting out in the middle of the snow storm????

All 6 pieces and all the soggy chicken tenders fed them to the dogs mashed potato's were straight though

Okay I am all about giving the benefit of the doubt about shorting your order because everyone makes honest mistakes; BUT not at this KFC location anymore. This is now multiple times that we have been shorted food on our order here. I think they do it intentionally as a money saving concept as crazy as that sounds. It’s marine if every third or fourth car you short food; imagine the saving. It only happens in the drive-through every time it’s been in the drive-through. They are banking that you either won’t catch it or by the time you get home you’re not going to bother driving back up there but tonight we did. They shorted us four pieces of chicken on a 16 piece bucket. The manager actually asked we’re actually going to come back up there! We did just because the principle of the issue even though it was like a 15 minute drive I would say at this point with this location sit there and check everything at the drive-through before you drive away and count your chicken pieces we’ve been shorted chicken tenders also here.
