I got here at 9pm not even 11pm and I asked for chicken tenders and she told me it would be a 15 min wait for 2 chicken tenders. I then asked for a bucket of chicken and she said “so what exactly are you looking for? “ with a rude attitude!! I left immediately. Do not come to this kfc even if you are starving!!

The employees are so awful they may as well just shut this place down. Don't even bother coming here.

One of the waitresses was incredibly rude to me, making me shout the name of my order and yelling repeatedly, drawing the attention of the entire restaurant to the humiliation she was inflicting. She's a Black woman who uses a microphone.

Worst KFC. Messed up my order. Charged me $17 for 6 wings. 2 biscuits mashed potatoes and gravy ( which was only half filled) and it took them 15 minutes

KFC is supposed to be fast food right? More like slow food. It over 30 minutes for me to get an online order. Because the employees were talking and laughing and not doing their job fast enough at all. While I was waiting there there was a customer that was wanting to order food and it took them about 15-25 minutes to notice the customer was there and to take the customers order. This location should be shut down. They were beyond understand staffed which isn’t acceptable at all. I never will be giving this location service EVER again. I worked in the fast food business so I know what fast is and this place isn’t fast. -5/10

Going to grab lunch for work, it was 11:23. The front lobby was closed, so I went to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. They said they had to put down and cook some potato poppers, which was fine. I was asked to pull around and then proceeded to wait 35 minutes! Once I saw that the lobby was open, I went in to see my food on the counter. No one was coming out to bring me my food. They had forgotten about me and wasted my whole entire lunch break. I will not be coming back here ever again.
