KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

The service was amazing and the food was delicious but unfortunately I had food poisoning afterwards :(

me and my family love coming to kpot but our server(i believe her name was sandra )was not attentive AT ALL we had no plates cleared during our entire time there, only changed our grill once, did not even turn on our grill (we had to figure out how to turn it on ourselves) and took a while to bring out other dishes we had asked for twice. they were very attentive to other tables the entire time though. gave us our check and never came back to get it so when we went to pay and leave she proceeded to say we never paid for our dinner when we certainly did. i’m not one to shame others for their customer service but this was extremely lacking.

Really cool place! The selection of meats/seafood/and vegetables is awesome. Our waitress Joy was very attentive and walked us through the ordering process and how to cook the food on the grill. We had our grill changed like 6 times, I'm not sure if we were doing it right lol, but she assured us that it was normal. The atmosphere is fun, unique and very accommodating for parties or intimate settings. If you're a person that doesn't like to cook their own food when they go out, then this isn't for you. However, if you're someone who likes fun, adventurous settings and desires unique experiences then this is the perfect place for you! Definitely a date night spot!!

Our waitress Theia was the best! Very pleasant, patient, considerate and attentive. We will definitely be coming back regularly :) . The hostesses were also very kind too!

Love that we have an amazing Korean BBQ/ Hot Ppt location close to home. Terry was our server and went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. We will be back regularly. Such a delicious and wonderful experience to have with the family.

Joy at the KPot Auburn Hills location was amazing! Great customer service! The manager was just as great!

My 5 year old son loves this place it was a great experience on our first time, the food was fresh, and the staff was very positive and polite.
