The pizzas we've gotten at this location lately have been really oddly made and inconsistent. I think it's fair to expect well-made and evenly cut pizzas with the right amount of ingredients/toppings amd dough that isn't flat, wet, and overworked. The prices go up but the quality doesn't. The crew doesn't get paid more so what incentive do they have to do a better job? Disappointing more often than not, but I'm low on options sometimes. I don't expect perfection but I do think it's reasonable to expect decent as a bare minimum.

I went there during a busy time of the day. My pizza somehow got missed on the order board and the people working were quick to fix the issue and get me my online order. I was probably a bit annoyed with them at the time but they did great dealing with me as a customer. Good work by those guys and thank you for making it right.
