This is only regarding the McDonalds on Walton Blvd in Auburn Hills. It takes a lot of bad experiences for me to write a review for a fast food restaurant. This location has the absolute worst service I have ever encountered. I was waiting in front of the drive thru ordering booth and NO ONE talked to me to take my order. So 20 minutes wait in drive thru then got to window was asked to pull around building! Lady could not get order right. Never got our coffee's! Just asked for our money back! Terrible terrible service. Get it together. Never got We are sorry or anything.
I went to use a coupon today at this location as well as order other items. The coupon also said it was accepted at this location. Not only was I cut off when I was trying to order becuase the staff was completely confused by my simple order, but when I pulled up to the first window I was rudely addressed by the manager who was argumentative right from the start and when she said they did not accept the coupon and asked what I wanted.
