I always get great service here, the workers are so kind to me, and one even knows me by name. If you treat people with respect and kindness, it will be reciprocated. I always enjoy stopping by this McDonalds.

I'm not sure what happened to this store. Used to be great. Recently, I can barely eat the food I get. Ordered a Quarter Pounder with mayo, and there's so much mayo it is barely edible. I won't be back, to many others in the area. Recommend avoiding this location.

The building was dirty, and they messed up my food, blamed it on me, and hung up when a manager refused to speak about it. They don’t listen to cooks or know how to substitute ingredients on burgers. lol what are yall teaching them in there cause I feel like they hire anybody for customer service

Today's experience was rough to say the least. Ordering breakfast and I could not get it to change to a large beverage. So I went to the counter to ask to order there. The first employee did not speak English. So she went and got the employee working the drive thru. I explained to her about the issue of not being able to order a large beverage. She then asked, in broken English, if I had ordered. I repeated I had not. Then she asked if I wanted a small beverage. I again said no I would like to order here at the counter with a large beverage.
Once the food arrived to me the non-english speaking worker brought my bag of food and one large drink. I had ordered two. There were two of us. When I brought this to her attention again she had to go get the other employee that apparently spoke the "most" english. I explained I needed another large beverage. She pointed at the one the counter and said "here". I then had to point to my receipt and show her I had ordered two drinks. She then retrieved the second beverage.
Not being rude, but if your job involves you actually speaking with the general public then your skillset should include the required ability.

This day manager will destroy you and argue to the death over a side of bacon!! I go to other McDonald’s and they’re very generous and never argue. I get two whole pieces of bacon on the side, sometimes 3.. this McDonald’s gives you two half slices and it’s barely one slice of bacon for two dollars. The manager will argue with you about policy rather than take care of the customer! It’s just not a friendly place from a greedy standpoint. The service seems good but my gosh quit arguing with customers. It’s a slice of bacon!!!

Gave my doordash order to the wrong doordash driver and then when I called to ask about a refund or remaking the order, they were very rude and then hung up on me within 20 seconds.. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this was just awful service.

Possibly the worst service I've ever had. There was an upcharge for lemonade. They informed me they were out of lemonade, and I had to select another beverage. I requested a refund for the beverage upcharge, since I was not able to get it. They refused, and went as far to claim as there was no upcharge. Considering the price hike, you would expect better service to go along with it. This will be my last time eating there, and I recommend picking any other place to eat, if you have the ability to do so
