ZERO. It’s unprofessional and extremely difficult to get a Mobil order. After placing my order, the first window old women did not give me a receipt for my order but confirmed I was there so when I got to the last window, they couldn’t give me my order because I no longer had my code. I waited in line for so long and got no food because of incompetent staff.

Been here every so often for about 3 years now. Inconsistent order accuracy, /especially/ with mobile order. Received pickles when I asked for none, twice have received burger with /hardly/ any lettuce. Might be a while before I risk asking for anything simpler than fries/nuggets.

After being given the wrong bag of food the Manager came to the windowwith a huge attitude like I was trying to get free food. When in fact the car in front of us went ahead of us. After telling her this she grabbed the bag mumbling something and slammed the window. This isn't our first encounter with her. We've seen other customers get rudely attacked by her words and actions. I'd love for the franchise owner to get ahold of me. My son had a video of how bad we were treated, and I still told her to try and have a nice day. She may be over worked and underpaid or just going through life. But she needs a break and help up there.
