Went inside ordered 2 big breakfast with hotcakes and 2 orders of hotcakes. Was shorted my 2 orders of hotcakes. Then I call and the manager chooses to argue with me when I call and hangs up on me. We I will be getting in touch with the better BBA cause you can't contact the owner.

They gave me the wrong order, and when I confronted them, they screamed at each other and told me this what I ordered. The burgers are bad and charge $3.59 for fries, although I did not order. It's been 10 years, and I did not visit this location in Lake orion.

Would like to know how my $4.00 meal deal came to $4.45? Tax is .06 if I am not mistaken my bill should have been 4.24. Looks like someone is skimming their customers.

Everytime I use my app here they say the code is already used even though it’s not. They also are very over priced. I will never go to this McDonald’s again

If you're going to force people to use the stupid kiosks at least fill the receipt roll. Third time in a row.
Ordered Chicken Nuggets and Fries cook to order was surprised how quickly I got my food but just thought they must've already been cooking them before I ordered. Fries were straight out the fryer and were great. The chicken nuggets were definitely not cooked to order and had been sitting in the heater for a while. I don't care if you say you can't cook my food to order that's fine but don't add cook to order to the the ordering screen and then knowingly not cook my food to order. Also anyone that may read this try getting your stuff cook to order it's way better I used to work at McDonald's so I've had food seconds out of the fryer and it's amazing compared to the stuff thrown in the heater trays. Nuggets and Fries take about 4min to cook, meat patties are only a minute or 2 and quarter pounders are always cook to order so it really doesn't take that much longer to wait.

Basic fast food. It was weird that the only way to order was through a kiosk. It seemed a little disorganized but it was an acceptable place to eat later at night. There were some marginal characters hanging out there, but people minded their own business.

Rated a 3 for a reason staff pulled us over to wait for our food no problem then they proceeded to go through the our bag on the way bringing it to us is what we thought but no gave our food to the car next to us. That driver dugged all through our food he had to take it back in because it wasn’t his food they tried to give us that same bag he just put his filthy hands in. The manager refused to give her name or anything for our trouble. Happen 7/29 at 2:27pm they refused to give us our receipt.
