The place is dirty workers are rude and after getting my order wrong I was asked not to return and if you happen to need water you have to ask for it when placing an order and the head manger or both are crack heads these two can have ways they don’t need people seeing. These need drug testing
Ordered a Big Mac with no salt and no pickle. It had both. Called several times to tell them from work worth no answer. Stopped in after work and the manager, Delon, was rude and would not replace or refund my meal saying he "wasn't working then" and I would need to come be back at 6. I had my receipt even. Terrible customer service. I do not recommended eating here. Manager does not know anything about customer service and should not be managing.
This McDonald’s has got to be the slowest McDonald’s ever. I had to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru. Y’all gotta do something about this

The drive-thru system can be slow, and customers have experienced delays, particularly when asked to pull ahead because their food is not ready. This has led to some frustrations, especially when customers feel that others behind them receive their orders first. However, the restaurant's service has improved, and many are thankful that second trips back for forgotten items are less common now. The staff's kindness and suggestive selling continue to shine, making the experience better, even if there are still occasional issues with orders.
