Literally, the worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. Not only will you spend 30 minutes in line in the drive-through, but by the time you get your food, it will be the opposite of what you ordered or what you ordered with things on at that don’t even come on it like in my situation also things were added that I’m allergic to so a waste of $10 & 30 mins of time && then also the food will be cold. Shut this one down.

Unnecessarily Long Wait
Took forever to switch from dinner to breakfast. Took the order of the customer in lane 2. Then took almost a half an hour to take our orders. I arrived here at 3:54. It is now 4:14 and I am still waiting along with 4 other cars. This is ridiculous

In the 15 minutes I spent waiting on my food, I was commanded to the reserve lane with a bark and high point. Then one guy started screaming that he wasn't going to park in the reserve lane and was sitting right there at the window until he got his food, which he magically got before us. Then another guy parked off to the side of the drive through and went inside to get it himself. Then an employee came out and asked me what my order was and that she didn't know what was going on... Had to get to work, didn't get my food, will update later if I get a refund or not on my card.

I was just there and the ice cream machine apparently isn’t working so I asked for something else then I was told they didn’t have that either I asked for mango pineapple smoothie because I ordered on the app I didn’t want to go threw all the hassle I waited patiently when the manager finally gave me the MI mix what I originally ordered for she gives me an ugly look and says “I needed Jesus “ like what?? You’re ice cream machine doesn’t work and I never crossed words with this women but I need Jesus??🤦🏻♀️

Worst experience ever. Put our drinks on 1 stand and spilled it all over our car EVERYWHERE. Didn’t even give us the correct sauce. Horrible service ever

Probably worst drive thru experience ive ever had. I had a simple breakfast meal, which took a while to order because of backed up line. Cashier at 1st window was very pleasant and fast(only positive about this visit). Whet to food pick up window and it seemed the person was completely confused. She asked me what i got and then told me to pull into a waiting spot, for a simple meal. It took 20 extra minutes to get it sorted out, for a simple meal. I got my meal but when i asked where my drink was, she seemed to get aggitated with me. I got my drink and left. I did check the bag and it seemed all was good until i got home and realized they didnt give me the right sandwhich. I tolerated it tho. Then i went to eat the hashbrown and it had stuff all over it, like it got dropped to the floor. Threw that out. These people arent even competant enough to open a door. Avoid this place. Mcds should get better staff here. Long waits, bad food prep, horrible organizational skills, and a waste of money. Just an overall bad experience.
