Stopped here for a late night meal as I was working late. Kid mumbled something incoherent into the speaker. I had to ask him to repeat twice. Then he refused to respond. Pathetic!

The guy working the window needs to speak up. Sounds like a little kid mumbling, scared to say things with his chest. Pretty unprofessional. Asked him "what?" and he just kept the same mumble monotone voice. Literally couldn't understand a word from him.

Im surprised this place is still standing. Horrible customer service. Telling customers that have ordered the same thing every time that now all of a sudden we cant get a large drink with those cheap meals. When i get it every time. Got attitudes all the time. Food is always cold. Get attitudes becuz we ask for something fresh. They dont like to work.

It was OK. Do not get any other McFlurry because they put them in a container and they just sprinkle the stuff on top of it. They don’t make it like they used to with the spoon and spin it and stir it. It sucks.

Bought food and paid with the app. I still had to wait in the parking lot for a while. I didn't get all the food I ordered and paid for. Moral: check your order before you leave!

The worst customer service I ever had idk if the lady at window and the black male manager working together but she gives me 1 total mess up the order then the manager asked for cash at the pick up window 😭
Alot went into this score as this location used to be really bad to where every time I visited i usually had to make a 2nd trip back because something was forgotten or made incorrectly, every.....time. Nowadays, it has gotten much better, and 2nd trips haven't been necessary, thank goodness. Service has also improved, my only gripe about this location is how frequently they have customers pull ahead because their food isn't ready and the workers are being timed. The reason for my dislike of pulling up is, and I know many of you can relate, but it always seems the 2-3 cars behind you get their food first and leave, while we are still waiting for ours to be brought outside. To me, this slows down the whole "fast food" process if you're constantly getting asked to wait like that. It was happening so consistently, I've tried to counter being told to pull ahead by placing online orders in advance and then marking that im already there immediately afterwards. My hope was that the food will be ready by the time i drive up there and get to the 2nd window. Even in doing so, I still usually get asked to pull ahead for some reason. Which in this context, also defeats the speed and convenience of a online order because its not even ready when i arrive. Realistically, with online orders, which should be faster, im waiting a longer drivethru time due to the pulling ahead. So while not a deal breaker, it is somewhat frustrating to always being asked to do this, even when the food was ordered well in advance. Otherwise, the service is pretty good here, clean, and food fresh.

Waited over 10 minutes in drive thru to get a cheeseburger and fries after i ordered and payed. I will never go to McDonald's in Michigan again as long as I live.

Woman making mobile orders Wednesday around 8:30 PM 11/27 paid zero attention to customers inside waiting for their order. Was too busy yapping about all her injuries from her other jobs and talking about other employees and how they perform their jobs. No single eye contact, just constant conversation. Obviously not the job for her if she can’t handle customer service or safety in the workplace. Great job!!
