Have lived in the area my whole life, but over the past 10 years it has gone completely downhill. the staff is very very rude and disrespectful. It is very unwelcoming and makes you question if you want to spend your money there. The breakfast is always over almost an hour before lunch times, you usually have to wait forever for your food no matter the time of day and when you do get it, it’s not very warm, “stale” or “overcooked” and looks sloppily put together. There’s Mcdonald’s usually every couple of miles, but this one is almost worth driving further to avoid.

We had an awful experience. We were not compensated for a computer error that wasn't caught until we checked our order. Instead of trying to correct their mistake, they said either take a loss or pay for the additonal fry. This was after they tried to give us cold fries that were sitting tbe counter. We got a refund and went to Culver's. Fresh food, friendly service, no errors.

Just went to this mcdonald’s for nuggets and fries. I drove right back around because it wasn’t just cold it was stale and old, the food was dead. I asked them to make them fresh and he says “i will give you a refund because you didn’t ask me to make them fresh when you ordered”. Well sorry man, i never assumed you’d serve me dead food. IF YOU MAKE A BUNCH OF FOOD AND LET IT SIT THERE IT DIES! THAT MEANS THROW IT AWAY AND MAKE MORE. You’re gonna kill someone serving them dead food. Bacteria. Food safety.

We live nearby and are frequent patrons of this location.
Tonight we used the drive through, and were told to pull up to wait for our food at one of the drive up parking locations.
When we got our food, it wasn't actually our order, so I had to go inside.
There was no one at the registers or assisting the in-store patrons. It took several minutes to get someone's attention.
They took back the wrong bag and did give me the correct one. Everything looked in order.
However, when we got home we also had some quality issues.
My McChicken had no lettuce.
My partners mccrispy deluxe had... Well. See for yourself in the picture. The slice of tomato was the smallest and there was barely any lettuce.
The fries were good though. But, what's going on?
In short: I'm pretty sure this could be resolved by having adequate staffing, and these folks almost certainly aren't getting paid for the workload they're given.
This stupid location doesn't allow refills on drinks anymore. Talk about greed. Won't ever go to this mcdonald's again.

Horrible service. If you're the owner of this McDonald's and care even a little bit you need to fire the Caucasian manager who works early-mid afternoon and looks like she does speed. She's horrible. She's always forgetting parts of orders and holding up the line and has the worst attitude. Can't imagine any of the crew find her tolerable either. Total morale and customer killer I'll never ever be going back to the Auburn hills McDonald's by the mall ever again.

I ordered a hot tea but I wasn’t given a tea bag. I went inside to get it and the Mexican lady at the counter (I’m assuming was the manager) assisted me. She got the tea bag but, when I told her I didn’t get any sugar, she rolled her eyes and said, ugghhhhh!!
Such awful customer service. Even if she was mad that I requested the tea bag that I paid for, the professional way to deal with it should’ve been for her to keep her attitude to herself.
