I called this morning during business hours to see if I could order a birthday cookie cake and no one picked up. I went there in person and no one was in the front of the store. I waited a few minutes and then called again to see if that would bring someone up front... nothing. I left to use the restroom, came back, and again no one was there. I called again, and again nothing.... UGH.

I'm visiting from Nashville Tn and stopped in to get minis and the lady was so rude when I asked the prices of different types which were way over priced 12 minis for 11 dollars so I changed my mind but wanted to purchase something just for their time and a heavy set women snatched my money out of my hand...Thanks but no thanks.

We are here from Canada and my wife wanted a cookie. We went to the counter and there was a big lady sitting in the back of the shop on her phone. We waited there for a couple minutes and she didn’t even look up from her phone. So we left. Hope the owner sees this!

Just came here to buy some cookies (7.20.24) and the woman “helping” me was RUDE AF for NO reason.
First of all, she could barely be bothered to come help me when I walked up to the register. There was a loud vent sound so I had to shout, yet she somehow couldn’t understand me.
When I asked for clarification on the deal, she rolled her eyes in front of me.
So I told her ‘No, thank you.’
I’m bothering you so much to do your job, you lose my business.

Ordered here today and got ice coffee with cream and it was 98% milk and 2% coffee. Asked for it stronger she made it 95% milk and 5% coffee. What makes it worse is she became visibly INFURIATED that I still couldn’t drink it after the second attempt to fix it.

They were delicious just like I remember. The locations closed in St Louis. It was a great treat? Only one person working, cookies seemed fresh. I look forward to having some next time I come. Chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin are our favorites.
The lady working was so incredibly rude. I asked if she could accommodate my dietary restrictions and she ignored me and made me pay for a drink i didn't want. The cookie i bought also came broken. She couldn't tell me any products or their price while i was ordering. Please contact me. I wish to have a refund or compensation

You can smell the cookies from Ms. Field's all the way across the mall. My hubby sniffs for these cookies like a dog trying to find it's treat. He loves soft baked cookies and treats. The treats here are always good and never dry.
