Olga’s has always been one of my favorites but I haven’t been in ages. Z was our waitress and she was amazing. She was kind, attentive, and made the experience that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back more often! Another server had his coat on and was just getting off his shift but first he sat us and got us a booster seat which I thought was very kind.

Don’t even need to eat here to tell you it’s not worth coming. Came to pick up a single DoorDash order and have been waiting for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. If it was busy it would be a different story but there is one single family here that’s already been served. I fully made eye contact with someone in the back and they didn’t even think to serve me. If I’ve been waiting 15 minutes in an empty store to pick up a delivery order (not even place an order) and still have time to write this review before I’ve been helped, you know it’s a problem. You’d be better off driving five minutes south and getting some authentic Mediterranean while you’re waiting. Who knows, you might get back here with the food before they even say hi to you!

Awful. Service is extremely slow ALL THE TIME. Employees standing around in the kitchen joking around and doing nothing. 30 minutes to get a salad when only one other table of two is in the restaurant. Something is wrong with management here.

I find many customer service reps (for any business) lack patience, a smile and just want to rush you out the door, but not only was my food great & prepared very fast, but Hunter (manager?) was awesome @ helping answer my Q’s about the points & the app. She didn’t rush me & made sure she helped me in the most courteous manner possible. She was a delight. Wish more people had a “Hunter” representing them. If she wasn’t already a manager ~ She should be promoted! This is a good Olga’s to go to!

Everytime I order from here, the food is cold. I arrive at the time the order says it'll be ready.
Friendly service but very slow, understaffed, and dine in meals served in to go plastic containers due to no clean dishes. Management seems asleep to the problems here, they are obvious to customers.
