Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The server was over smart and ruined our family time. We're not offered unlimited salad/soup and was not ready to change our order while taking the order. She was rude although she tried to be nice later but it was too late.

First time coming to this location have been to several others but will not I repeat will not come back to this one to start off the server was completely out of it took forever to take are drink orders and mind you it’s 3:30 on a Tuesday the place is dead when we arrive he finally takes are drink orders brings them separately from each other then when he took are meal order he never brought bread until the very last min and then he goes about bringing the soup salad bread sticks appetizer then our meal one after another before we even got the chance to think if we wanted more then instead of taking the plates that are empty he proceeded to leave them at our table of 6 the food was not at all what I’ve had from a Olive Garden before asked for exstra Alfredo sauce didn’t get it appetizer was burnt best thing I had from this meal was my alcoholic drink and that couldn’t even save this review ,we spent 150$ not including tip and tipped 20% still which I only did cause I’m not that guy but this is not what a olive garden’s standers should be I get better take out from the one on Vandyke and 12 mile in Warren and that’s saying something!!!

Been coming here for years. Food is great. Always get the soup, salad, and breadsticks. Can’t go wrong with that. I have ONE complaint though. It is a waiter whose name is BUCK (I think). He’s got a southern accent (or sounds like it). This man has been there for years. He is rude & condescending. He said to me and my family when I asked him if my son could have a glass instead of a kid’s glass, Buck said “Last time I checked, it was all over the table.” First off, I had no idea what he was talking about. Wrong customer he’s talking about, not us. Second, you don’t talk to customers that way regardless. And then we came back a few months later, and we were stuck with Buck again. We asked him about something that used to be on the menu and if they still served it and he said “Never heard of it.” We have witnesses him giving the same treatment to other customers as well. How this man has stayed employed this long I’ll never understand.

The food was incredible but even better our waiter Tomas was the sweetest person ever. I hands down have never had such a good experience or waiter/waitress anywhere else. He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed he was constantly checking up on us making sure if we wanted refills or needed something he could get it for us. Thank you Tomas.

Great food and all but the people at the front where three teen girls who just talked the whole time when we went up to ask to get on the waitlist they completely ignored us when we finally put our name in they never called us and people who where far behind us got right in later found out they REMOVED us from it and we just went someplace else

Because my friend loves olive garden.It was ok. The girls who waited on us were really nice and attentive so, staff was great but food was so-so.

i went in and asked for a table for 2 the hostess said 5 minutes, i waited for 5 minutes and then two people who were not on the waitlist asked for a table for 2 and got sat immediately. this has never happened to me anywhere so i just left :

I just want to give my server Samuel P. A shoutout he was an amazing sever, very kind and sweet. His service was fast, and he recommended some amazing things. I would highly recommend him as a server and I would come to have him. The food was amazing and fresh , the drink he recommended was extremely good
