I would not recommend using this place they will try and take your security posit. If you have anybody come to the hotel, they do not allow you to have visitors.
Worse experience ever paid $350 for room due to state of emergency in the state of Michigan from the ice storm. The heat in the room didn’t work, tv didn’t work, the ceiling of the shower has a whole in it. We got stuck on elevator for 30 minutes until they finally could get us off. And the general manager hides from customers to keep from handling matters that they caused
Julie is the best and sweetest server I've ever met! She makes sure you have everything in your carry out bag -All the right utensils, toppings and everything so nicely packaged. And you can tell she cares because she remembers customers when they come back...she's a wonderful addition to your restaurant and I truly look forward to seeing her every time I come to the hotel. Thank you Julie -You ROCK!Thank you Jamie Barnett
Parking: It's located right inside the Crowne plaza. Plenty of parking and handicap parking right outside the door.

Bad service. Had to wait for way too long for service in a less than busy bar. Bar tender kept leaving her station.
It was truly exellent food..little pricy, but great service as well.
Our group had rooms on the updated floors and they were both very clean and comfortable. The beds were very cozy too. We also enjoyed O’Malley’s Restaurant and the pool. No complaints, we enjoyed it!!
Very nice check in, room was clean, restaurant was very good!
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner while we were in town and had a fantastic experience. Brandon was our server and he went above and beyond in every way. The food was spectacular. Overall had a 10/10 experience and if I cold give more stars I would. Will definitely be coming back! Recommend it to anyone looking for good food and a good time!
We had two meals at the O’mally’s pub while staying at the hotel. The very personable and friendly staff Brandon and Julie were a highlight of our visits there. The food was great, the French fries of which there’s so much variety and types were some of the best we have had, the burger was delicious, Mozzarella sticks were a melty treat and the spin artichoke dip was outstanding. The first night Brandon cooked and the second night there was another chef but the quality of the food was consistently perfect. Julie was warm and welcoming angry Brandon was funny and open. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, travelers, locals, people looking for something to do. Great place.

Stayed here for my sons wedding. Was overcharged for my room with no deposit refunded (50.00). One of our guest had bed bugs in their room. Hotel it’s self was dirty. And trying to reach them by phone is nearly impossible. On a positive note front desk staff are very nice especially Samantha and Sandy.
Exceptional and fresh food, I liked the character the place has, and the workers were very welcoming. I will definitely come back.
CLOSED yet we were told they were open from 4-9 when we booked our room. Complete BS!
Great service and for tasty bar food—very good. I had the Italian salad and it came out in a nicely chilled bowl and fresh. Dated but a safe choice.
Nice combination sports bar and restaurant at the Crowne Plaza. Great hotel now that Governor Whitless has driven everyone into hiding.
