This location was dead slow around 6-7pm. I order a bigger plate with 2 kinds of chicken, lo mein and fried rice. Panda usually serving generous portions was not the case here. Not only were the line workers lacking any life in them, I was served less than half the containers space for the biggest option. They seemed too busy talking to one another than to say more than my total and seemed quite irritated when I ordered an extra side of rice. The total came out to be around 20 dollars for rice and chicken! This location was disappointing and a waste of money. Pathetic portion sizes and rude service. Would not go here again even if the other food court location were closed.

I ordered panda and it was for delivery and sadly it was not from the one on brown road but the one in great lakes mall bc it would not let me order from the brown rd location. I tried calling the store as there was an issue with my order and I called them over 15 times they did not answer one time. This is horrible customer service how do you not answer the phone. I'm sure you hear it ringing like crazy.

Don't ask for egg rolls, they never have em ready before the lunch rush. Can't go here after waiting for 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break on multiple occasions for two egg rolls

I called them three times because I wasn’t sure exactly where they’re located. When I finally found the restaurant all the employees were talking and not doing anything. They all looked at me when I walked up and it took 20 seconds for someone to speak to me. They ignore phone calls and they ignore you in person. I’d drive out the way to another location instead of ever dealing with the unprofessional rude staff at this location ever again.

I have left 2 reviews on my whole life that were bad. This is my second. I've never ate at a Panda Express and I NEVER will again. I love Chinese food but my husband doesn't. So talked him into going inside the mall to eat so I could try Panda Express. The rice is tasteless and grainy feeling on your mouth. The Angus beef I paid extra for was not even better then the worse Broccoli and beef I ever had and the spicy chicken was rubbery. Waste of $15.
