Got there around 10:30 and went through the drive thru and ordered a plate and only wanted white rice and double orange chicken and was told it would be a 30-45 min wait for “RICE” !?!? Like why even be open if you dont have the one of like two side dishes that can be served. So i drove off because i was disappointed and decided to call the store and maybe talk to a manager and the first call went unanswered and i called again and someone picked up and i asked for a manager and from the voice i could tell it was the same lady and she said i am the assistant manager. And i just said its a bit upsetting that theres a 30-45min wait for rice and she goes “WELL WHATTA WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT “? I just hung up. Definitely crappy service and crappy customer service! 👎🏾
I ordered for delivery and it was switched to pick up. I ordered chow main and I got rice. The rice has no taste.

This is my second and final visit to this restaurant. The first time, I went through the drive thru. My food was cold and looked like they scraped the bottom of the pan to serve me. I decided if I went back, I would go inside to see for myself if the food looked good enough to buy. Today, I ordered takeout in the lobby. I ordered orange chicken, broccoli beef with steamed rice. It looked great. When I got home and began to eat, I realized the steamed rice was undercooked. The broccoli in the broccoli beef was practically raw, not horrible but not great. Do better Panda Express. It’s too late for me but do better for the people who still choose to spend their money in your restaurant.
Today I ordered two single entree’s with rise, and the ratio was 98% rice. I ordered a two entree with double beef broccoli, and it didn’t come close to filling the box that it came in. I spent $32 to get half protein I should have. Work on your portions/proportions to ensure your customers feel they are receiving value in their purchase.

Great food, horrible staff
Staff is always in no rush to help you and they usually forget condiments, I usually order online and have to wait 20+ minutes after arriving because they help the people in line and don't get online orders ready until the 10 people in line are served first. Also staff is rude and unfriendly.

This has happened twice now, place an online order for a specific pick up time, and I get notified 30 minutes before my time that it's done. So my order is basically just sitting there for 30 minutes before I get there. I said I want it at 4:15, get a text at 3:48 it's ready. Just what I want, cold food to pick up.

I have been eating at the Panda Express in Auburn hills bye Meijers and great lakes crossing. The food is always on point but one thing I've noticed about this panda express as well as all the others is the service is garbage the folks working the counter come across almost as prude I don't think I've been greeted with a smile or hello even once they ask what you want and look at you like a waste of time when you attempt any small talk. I've ate there four times this week you would think they might notice and any somewhat appreciative. I'll continue eating there but no more tips as stuck up as y'all act you must not need it anyways.

I ordered chicken teriyaki and white rice... they didn't give me what I paid for... because they was closing at 10pm... when on line it says 1030pm... I paid for something that I didn't want. Never recommended this panda..

Hours are wrong. Tried to use the drive through at 10:15am, but was told they are not open yet. Hours should be corrected.
Extremely upset, just arrived at 10:02 attempting to walk into the lobby where I clearly see people sitting and cleaning up from their food. Doors locked, ok simple go thru the drive thru welp guess your location does not follow the hours that are posted to your website. Extremely hungry and simply wanted some noodles and chicken.

What I ordered and what I received. I live 15 minutes from Panda Express, so I can’t always go back when they get an order wrong. And this is not the first time this has happened, it happens so much (they put the wrong type of meat or chow mein and rice). This is not okay, I always have to check my order after getting Panda Express to make sure it is right while I am still at the location and most times it is not. I had someone pick up my order for me today, so I was not there to check, but why can’t they get it right the first time? This should not be happening.
