Employees were very helpful and explained to me the different teas and etc. Cafe is relaxed and clean. I ordered a Lychee fruit tea with Lychee fruit jelly. Very good and refreshing

This is my favorite bubble tea place! It's so good! I've tried several and I love them all. It looks very nice inside and the staff is always quick and friendly. They even have games if you want to hang out and chill.

This cafe is so underrated!!!!! Such a cute and homey atmosphere, perfect for studying or chitchatting. The drink menu is HUGE and the Bahn Mi sandwiches are delicious. You have to give this place a try!!!!!! (Ps. Bring back ube!!)

Love their Tea!!

Don’t wanna ruin it but sometimes they have free bubble waffle samples. So yummy. Also only place I’ve seen chocolate milk earl grey tea and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. No where else has it. Love this place great place to be near OU and do homework!!

PRESOTEA Auburn Hills is such a hidden gem! I love the vibe of the space; it’s cozy, welcoming, and perfect for just about anything, whether it’s a cute afternoon date, hanging out with friends, or settling in for a study session. The staff are always super kind and go out of their way to help, patiently answering questions and making great recommendations. The food and drinks are at a fair price point, and the taste never disappoints. It’s one of those places that instantly puts you in a good mood. Auburn Hills is lucky to have it!

The green tea was amazing.

My 1st visit was awesome. My 2nd was not. It took over 25 min to get my drink. There was one person, who was very slow. He had several long conversations with customers, while I waited for my drink. There were 6-7 orders piled up.

Great experience there. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We have nuts, seeds, and dairy allergy and they were able to gove us many safe options to choose from. We will be visiting them again.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared. Clearly, Presto-tea lacks customer service. My sister wanted to pay with cash and had a picture of her order ready to show since she couldn’t use the kiosk (it only accepts cards). When she went to the counter and asked if she could place an order, the employee’s response was, “what’s up.”

That’s not how you greet or help a paying customer. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. A simple, “Hi, how can I help you?” would’ve gone a long way. Instead, it felt like she was bothering him by trying to place an order.

If you’re running a business, especially one with a kiosk system, there should always be a courteous way for customers to order with cash. Customer service matters, and this was disappointing.

Threw the macaroon order at my 6 yr old instead of handing it directly to her.

The place was nice, I paid $30 for 3 overly sweet that had to go to waste because we could not bare the taste, I don’t normally call the stores to complain but I did I mentioned that the (passion fruit/pineapple tea drink) did not specify having sugary syrup and the guy who answered the phone was dismissive. Horrible drinks/customer service.
