The staff is super friendly and understanding! Yesterday I went near the evening time and I ordered a Taro slush with Boba and it tasted more like ice and didn’t have much flavor in it unfortunately. I went back after I tasted it and asked the staff member if there was anything that could be done about it and he was so nice that he made me another one and made it stronger than the last one. I thought this was really nice of them to do that and it was very understanding of him. I really appreciate this place and will definitely be back for more. Thank you so much.

This is the second time I've gone to this location and the young lady behind the counter had nasty attitude. I won't be returning.

My daughter's frequent this place. Often I get the cry of "can we get Boba tea?" So by default I find myself at Quicky. I can say I'm not a huge fan of the Boba tea fad but as I mentioned, my daughter's are so I'll defer to their expertise. Well, they love it and I can say as I've stood at the menu kiosk there seems to be a very vast selection of flavor concoctions. What I really enjoy there are the waffle fries. They are fantastic. The store itself is very cute, smaller but set up very comfortable. I did have to knock off one star on the service despite my
daughter's objections. They have told me the story more than once about the girl that was very rude to them, however they also reiterate that it was a one time incident. So with that being said, it's a cool little spot.

Nice place to get milk tea options. I was looking for iced coffee in the area but they dont have them so i got iced coffee milk tea instead. I recommend getting something else. Milk teas doesnt come with bobas and you have to add them.

My mom ordered for me to go and was holding a cup of drink from another place and we were told that isnt allowed so just be mindful if ur coming from another place and dropping by.

I have been a customer here 3 years. Yesterday afternoon changed that. "I'm going to order a black tea after, but I need to use your restroom first please. Bathroom is around the corner?"
I acknowledged that I saw the sign on the door and wanted to let the lady at the counter know I was going to order after, as a show of respect and acknowledgement.

That's when I was told
"We don't have public bathrooms. You're not a customer, you haven't ordered."
The pale woman behind the counter with brown hair is, by far, the rudest employee I've ever encountered in this establishment.

If it's that important to you that you're willing to hassle people over it, even after they acknowledge they just don't want to have tea in the bathroom with them, then you're right, I'm not a customer anymore.
I'll be going to PresoTea from now on, since I'm not holding my breath for an apology.

I was here with my friend and the lady with the curly was so mean, this is my face and how i felt afterwards. She messed up my friends order and the proceeded to make mean and rude faces to her as well as not apologizing for her mistake. My drink was fine but still very disappointed. Also, she was playing with a big ball in the store which is a HUGE safety hazard, it could have hit me. ??

I've been going here for years and it's my go to spot I love the drinks aswell as the food. But today when I went the lady with the bun accidentally gave me the smaller size when I order the large. I understand making mistakes it happens to everyone but when I pointed it out the lady she had an attitude and gave me a large with mainly ice

Paying for boba or pop bubbles in your milk tea? Don’t bother! This place charges an extra $0.75 for boba or pop bubbles per drink, and they don’t put them in there, probably because you can’t see them in the milk tea anyway. So I just wasted $3 on 4 drinks’ worth of add-ins PLUS $4 in tips ($1 per drink). This place SUCKS! When I called to make it right, they didn’t answer their phone. I’m from out of town and don’t have time to chase it down. TERRIBLE customer service!
