Laura was absolutely fabulous. It was only her 4th shift but you couldn't tell us that she hadn't been working there for a while. Priscilla was training her and she was also very nice. The food was pretty okay but could be a bit more reasonable priced but for the nostalgia and ambiance it was a great experience as we live out of town. Again I can't shout out Laura enough!

I definitely wanna go back and try again... We were by a table of very noisy kids and a fight broke out towards the end of our stay so I can't say that it was a great experience... But overall, I would definitely go back and try again

The highlight of our dinner was the photographer taking pictures. The restaurant floor was very dirty with food debris. We had to wait for cutlery over 5 minutes after our salad came to the table.

They get away with it because of their unique "atmosphere" You wait 20- plus minutes after your reservation, even though there are many empty tables available! This is done deliberately, so you have to browse through the over-exaggerated Gift Shop. This definitely a "ONE-AND- DONE" experience!

The food took a long time to come out. It was decent, but not great. The atmosphere is amazing for kiddos though. We had the best server that we have had in a very long time, any where. The bill is expensive for what it is.

Rainforest Café is fantastic. Children's food is just up the alley of your normal mac & cheese and chicken tenders and they have great desserts. However, for adults not wanting, just frozen meals it's a bit tough. We'll go again because my children love it, and the service is always great

Jordan was an exceptional server! The food was delicious, pretty overpriced but well worth it for a niche vibe. Might go here again in a year! Would recommend if you've never been. I'd avoid getting the steak, only 12oz for $40. Overall, solid and fun experience!
