I had an excellent dining experience at the Rainforest Cafe due to the great ambiance, food, and service! The kids had a lot of fun!

After waiting for over 30 minutes after check-in we went back up to check-in and realized they never did their job and finally seated us almost immediately. We waited 15 minutes to order drinks then another 10 after that to order food. Waitress was too busy to stop at our table so I actually had to raise my voice to get her attention for refills. Food came after 25 minutes of ordering but one big positive is the portions were huge and the food was very good. 1 out of 5 stars for my girlfriend's birthday!

The host/hostess are the worst part of the experience, honestly. They fast talk as if they're scheming diamonds about how they can't accommodate large parties, have certain sections closed off, can make two reservations but almost guarantee you won't be seated anywhere near each other. At first impression they duck in person and over the phone. Very terrible. I'm baffled these are the people greeting and seating you. Even when we were seated they sped talked through the animation of the animals. A mess. But our server Will was amazingggggg and really turned our evening around. It was a gathering for a child and a large group but he never missed a beat. Thank you Will, you are the only reason I am giving any stars. You deserve them all.

Great trip but didn't have many staff, made it hard to make it to our next reserved location

Didn't get the correct drinks. Appetizer came very late, then our food almost immediately right after so we couldn't enjoy the appetizer. Husbands shrimp was overcooked, my pasta was very garlicky and half of my sons pasta was hard and not cooked. Told the waitress we had a birthday and she didn't even acknowledge that. We have been there before and this was the worst experience we've had so far. Lunch time is better to come, not as busy and you get better service.

Took the family for spring break and as anticipated, the food was underwhelming. It took over 40 minutes for our food, which as warm as opposed to hot.

Great experience! Not the first time I’ve been there but definitely the best! We went yesterday and it was an amazing experience erin (I'm pretty sure her name was) was fantastic! She was so sweet and she was just such a great waitress! Definitely recommend going to her! The food was good and it was close to closing time but we didn't feel rushed will defiantly be back! Couldn't rave enough about her!
Food was absolutely elementary. Service was even worse. Management was hands down unacceptable when I complained. Server claimed to be there 15yrs yet tried to kick us to the curb with boxes instead of fixing our issues. Management defended employee even after seeing 3 meals sitting nearly untouched. This place deserves to be shut down from the Service alone. Management, from a business owners point of view, should be fired immediately. Fancy animatronics don't accommodate for the importance of personal service. I'll never return there and will be sure to recommend you to none of my customers.

We waited 5 years too late to take our grandchildren. The food was OK, very over priced, our server said it's taking 45 minutes for food , I said ok let's get an appetizers to hold them over until the food comes, she said that will just hold your food up even longer? I haven't heard that before being a server for 30+ years you want people to order more??? Kids were bored to death!!!

We were sat right away, the server got us drinks and took our order within a couple of minutes. About 40 minutes later we got our food. She stopped by twice in that time to tell us it wouldn't be much longer but closer to the last 10 minutes before it came. She didn't come back to ask how everything tasted. My daughter and I both got the steak with coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi. The steaks were cooked to our liking but bland I had to use steak sauce and I never use it when a steak is flavorful. The coconut shrimp was decent but the scampi was very well done. Overall not impressed by the food. My other guest had the same issue with her shrimp. My granddaughter got the pasta and marinara with corn, the corn was bland and gross even after adding salt. The marinara was too spicy for her so she ended up eating nothing. Way too much time wasted on subpar, expensive food.

We were there 1 hour and didn’t receive our food and were told it would be 10-15 more min. No offer for a complimentary appetizer or anything. We left. Will NEVER return. Sucks because we made a special trip for this. When speaking with a manager they didn’t seem to care either. We were met with “we tried to rush it”. 1.25 hours for food is a bit much! Not a bit, a lot much!
