*Response* i asked can I buy a drink. The employee said no. Better customer service is needed at location. I love my local savvy sliders, sad to see they don't hold a standard across all locations!

Walked in to use the restroom, my child really had to go. I asked what the code was, and when the guy looked at me, he looked down, saw my Jewish Star necklace and said “the bathroom isn’t for Jews” and made a “get out of here” motion with his hand. Unreal! Will NEVER go to another Savvy Sliders location ever!

The workers here were very kind and the tenders were very crispy and I definitely loved the bread that came with the fingers! The burger was also amazing and I would definitely come here again everytime I visit Great Lakes and I would definitely recommend to others to visit here. 10/10!

He greeted us with a smile, helped us decide what to order, and made some great recommendations. The sliders were fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor — definitely lived up to the hype. The service was quick, and everything was clean and well-organized. Ali went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This was our first time coming to this restaurant and I'm super impressed with the service that my family was greeted with. Melanie was very informative and helped us navigate the menu and gave excellent suggestions! The staff was very friendly and was very patient with my super picky children! Great food, great service! Will 100% be back!
