I frequent several different Starbucks locations each week, and while this one is convenient due to its location, it has repeatedly failed to make drinks correctly.

Despite ordering my drink as a venti, this is the third time I’ve been handed a grande. The drink was ordered iced, yet it was served with no ice and still warm. There was barely any almond milk, and most of the modifications I requested were either missing entirely or added so minimally that they were unnoticeable.

Consistency and accuracy are basic expectations, especially for a chain like Starbucks. Unfortunately, this location has been disappointing time and time again.

Absolutely just rude!! Unprofessional, lazy, depressed, miserable, people working inside of this Starbucks, I just went here to pick up a DoorDash order, not even for myself, and they IMMEDIATELY had an attitude with me. Whole entire room had bad energy, as soon as I asked the man at the counter for it, a lady in the back goes “still working on it” in the rudest most MISERABLE way. And proceeds to make the drink, gives it to a coworker who brings it to the man at the counter, mind you ( they both just made this order ) and the guy asked her, “is it done” she goes “I don’t know” after SHE just made and HANDED him the order. Absolutely horrible service, coworkers rude to each other, just a MISERABLE low energy place I will never visit again.

The guy who helped out was not friendly. Daughter asked for a custom drink than said to his coworker that he is tired of these stupid drinks. Not professional at all. Bad attitude and bad service

I ordered a dragon fruit refresher with green tea with no fruit pieces, they gave me the drink with the fruit pieces. I asked them to remake it and they did, however unknowingly to me she used the same cup instead of a new one, and did not get the order right the second time either. There was no green tea and it was made with water, and I had not noticed she used the same cup until the back of my throat and tongue starting tingling and I took a closer look at the cup. It was indeed previously stated that the reason for no fruit pieces was an allergy so either they did not care or they chose to ignore that fact that I have an allergy. They were rude, got my order wrong twice and put me in danger. Do not recommend.

Giving two stars instead of one because of the very hardworking baristas behind the guy who was at the window. If not for them, I would give one star.There's a guy that I've seen at the window about half a dozen times (Tyler?). Someone needs to check on him to see if he is OK. Seriously, someone please check on him. Does he even like his job? It looks like he doesn't. Maybe give him some additional training on handling customers because the last 3 times he has taken my order, there's hardly any eye contact, and hardly any words. It is me who says "Have a nice day!" and the response is walking away and saying "yep". Like he doesn't want to be bothered.Send him to the store on M24 in Lake Orion. Those ladies will show him how it's done.

Checked out at Target and walked up to the Starbucks desk. Two employees were standing there chatting. As soon as I got to the counter one girl looks up, sprints over to turn off the lights behind the desk and yells "I'm closed! only for 15 minutes though, so you can wait!" I had two children under the age of 2 with me, we just wanted a muffin, not even a drink. Needless to say we left. Super rude way to act when you were already standing there talking. I'm not waiting on you with my wiggly, hungry kids. I wouldn't wait on you even if I didn't have the kids with me. I'll think twice before walking up to this desk again, wouldn't want to trouble anyone into working or anything.
