Giving two stars instead of one because of the very hardworking baristas behind the guy who was at the window. If not for them, I would give one star.There's a guy that I've seen at the window about half a dozen times (Tyler?). Someone needs to check on him to see if he is OK. Seriously, someone please check on him. Does he even like his job? It looks like he doesn't. Maybe give him some additional training on handling customers because the last 3 times he has taken my order, there's hardly any eye contact, and hardly any words. It is me who says "Have a nice day!" and the response is walking away and saying "yep". Like he doesn't want to be bothered.Send him to the store on M24 in Lake Orion. Those ladies will show him how it's done.

Checked out at Target and walked up to the Starbucks desk. Two employees were standing there chatting. As soon as I got to the counter one girl looks up, sprints over to turn off the lights behind the desk and yells "I'm closed! only for 15 minutes though, so you can wait!" I had two children under the age of 2 with me, we just wanted a muffin, not even a drink. Needless to say we left. Super rude way to act when you were already standing there talking. I'm not waiting on you with my wiggly, hungry kids. I wouldn't wait on you even if I didn't have the kids with me. I'll think twice before walking up to this desk again, wouldn't want to trouble anyone into working or anything.

They’re probably understaffed and burnt out as most places are these days, but some of the staffs attitude was unnecessary. I ordered my drink around 1:15 and when it was done they called it out by yelling matcha, since I ordered a matcha drink. When I went to get it I heard the two girls making drinks repeatedly say bad things about someone’s drink, possibly mine, saying it was gross and tastes like dirt. When you work in customer service, these comments need to be kept to yourself or god sakes at least until when there’s no customers in the area. It was just childish. If I saw the reviews here beforehand, I would’ve called them out because apparently I’m not the only person to hear them insulting the drinks they make.

This is the first time i’ve ever written a review on any place before and it’s beyond me that it had to be this starbucks. I was out with my sister and friend when we decided to get starbucks, it was around 12 to 1 pm on Sunday, February 12th. The lady working had an attitude right off the bat, she was speaking to us as if she was in a hurry when there was no one else other than the 3 of us and 2 other young ladies waiting and she didn’t have any drinks to make because she had just gotten done making drinks for a mom and her 2 little girls. She said something along the lines of “Come on guys, are we getting anything else?” she could’ve had been stressed but if you can’t handle working in a fast paced work environment then i’d suggest working somewhere else. I am in no way trying to be rude but there was no need for the attitude when we were not being disruptive whatsoever.

the service here is awful and they were out of multiple things. one of the girls working last thursday (jan 5th) around 1 pm got unnecessarily annoyed over making the simplest drink. i was here for 20 mins waiting for two drinks when there were only 3 people ahead of me. we were also given a frappuccino with no straw and a slit in the cup.

Normally this location doesn’t give me any issues. Though today with my toddler present I asked for a cake pop . Their were two in in Which I was told are just a display??The conversation went like this .Me:“Can I have a birthday cake pop.”Lady: “we are sold out of all the cake pops”Me: then why are there two right here??(As I point towards counter)Lady: those are just a dispaly.. So my question is why dispaly something you don’t have? And I’ve had people give me cake Poos out of the so called display case before. Sooo make it make sense . Was I given old display cake pops in the past . Or did the lady today refuse a request on purpose .

The workers were nice until I had my drink and walked just over to the cart area then they started making fun of what I ordered. Will never go back. Instead of wasting your time and breath to make fun of people how about you just don’t work there or around people in general ??‍♀️

The service is horrible. The workers are extremely rude. The workers were making fun of my friend for grabbing the wrong drink by accident.Every single time I come here they always have attitude.
