Huge disappointment this morning. We ordered beverages for the office and one of my reps drove to pick up the order. The order was wrong and was missing a latte which we had paid for. Also one of the other drinks was not made correctly (we are frequent flyers to this location). When my rep drove back to pick up the missing item and replace the one that was made incorrectly (it tasted nasty) she was given a hard time and they were not apologetic. Our office spends a lot of money at this location and we normally tip between $5 - $20 per visit as our orders are normally 5- 10 beverages for the office on any given day.To say I'm extremely dissappointed in the way they handled our issue would be an understatement.

I ordered a cold brew with oat milk, the oat milk was very chunky and gritty. I know it’s not “spoiled” like diary milk but still makes me feel weird about drinking it. I went back in and asked if they could make me a cold brew with cold foam instead, the person who helped me was extremely nice, but that second drink was unfortunately chunky as well.

I don't know why people post about half eaten croissants with not enough chocolate in it. Or give one star because their credit card was declined. The staff is not to blame for this.In fact, they are very friendly there all the time and try to accommodate all your special wishes. Problems can happen. Just tell them.The location is easy to access and very clean. Typical Starbucks location. Go there regularly.

Love the location, but corporate and distributors needs to stop playing games. This isn’t worth $6-7, why do different stores have different quality? I’m sick of Starbies games.

I can’t rate the food or drink because I never received service. Came in today around 3:00 PM and no one was in line- I was the only one standing at the register. Stood there for 5 MINUTES and watched 4 different employees walk by and stare right at me yet no one said “hello” or “I’ll be right with you”. Was I invisible?! I left and went to Dunkin where I was greeted and thanked and got a delicious coffee. I won’t be back and I think I’m officially done with Starbucks due to way too many instances like this but this was the final straw.
For the summer, we are going to Starbucks for extra caffeine. I always get great service and quality. Did you know that McD's mocha is the same cost as a Starbucks? It is in my area, so I prefer coming here for the same outstanding service and quality. Try a grilled cheese sandwich...you will be surprised . I usually get a flat white or a white chocolate mocha. I use their app to collect stars for free drinks and to customize my drinks.

I was literally crying because of my experience here. So I went in and ordered my drink the lady with brown and blond hair said have a good day and I sat down to wait. I waited for 10 minutes before I got annoyed then was about to cry so I went in the car. My mom asked what’s wrong and I told her then she went inside and asked why the hadn’t made my drink yet. When she came back she told my my card didn’t work and the lady didn’t even tell me, she just let me wait there for nothing .NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

We ordered through the app a grande pink drink refreshers , white chocolate creme Frappuccino and chocolate mint creme Frappuccino. When we arrived the our order was ready. The location was clean and quiet so we decided to stay and enjoy our drinks and the atmosphere. We will be back and next time we are seating outside.

Just went through and ordered a Frappuccino, paid for it, and then asked if I wanted whipped cream on it because they are out of straws. Maybe that’s something you should say when I’m ORDERING THE DRINK? I wouldn’t have ordered it if it didn’t come with a straw. How are you supposed to drink a Frappuccino without a straw, especially with a dome lid? Would have never paid $6 for a drink had I known that in the beginning. And then the lady says “have a great day!” It’s like ok……
