Did NOT have lettuce or raspberry cookies.
I ordered online for pickup showed up 20+ minutes after the order and it wasn't made or even started. One worker only. Wth!
How you advertise for a 6 dollar meal daily
And you don't have all the stuff to complete the meal you don't have no pop then you're told their not allowed to substitute for nothing else it's corporate calling the shots not your store
But still charge you like you got everything

I recently visited this Subway during my lunch break and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the young man working asked if I had an online order or would be placing an order. He was already helping someone, and I told him I needed to place an order. After helping the gentleman in front of me, he started making another order without acknowledging me. There was no one else in front of me. I waited for about two minutes, and during this time, another customer came in behind me to wait. I then waited another full minute before deciding to leave.
As I was leaving, another woman walked up and asked the customer behind me if she was placing an order, completely ignoring me, and started making the order of the customer behind me. I will not be coming back to this Subway if I'm going to be ignored. I was on my lunch break and had limited time, so I do not appreciate people who don't value others' time.
I went to a local burger franchise and had a great lunch. If the Subway restaurant sees this, please don't ignore your customers. If another order needs to go in front of mine, that's fine, but at least inform me or ask me to wait for a moment. Don't just ignore the person standing in front of you.

Everything looks dirty, and old. The lettuce is brown and the guy is trynna tell me it’s fresh. Restaurants just don’t care about how things look or if it’s old they will still try to sale it

Ordered an hour and a half early for noon and when I show up, the building is empty, there is not a single person in line and it still took them almost 20 minutes to get my sub ready. Guess I should have had them make my order asap so there would maybe be a slight chance it would be ready by noon. Also the quality of the ingredients here have gone down the drain. Next time I’ll be sure to go to a different sub place where I’m actually getting my moneys worth. I remember when subway used to be the cheap option. On top of all of this, they are taking other customers orders THAT JUST WALKED IN and making their sandwiches first before mine. And they are out of ingredients. Unbelievable
EDIT: Hi, it’s me again. A month later. Nothing has changed, sitting here waiting for my sub for 20 minutes once again. Why do I keep doing this to myself.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE OVER AN HOUR FOR LUNCH. Given these people chance after chance, left literally empty handed several times. Figured I’d give them one more shot with an online order placed well in advance. 20 minutes later and they haven’t even started the order. Was it busy? NO. There were TWO customers there when I got there.
Edit: forgot to mention, no refunds. So keep that in mind.

I come to this location because honestly it’s the cheapest..Marci is always there, greets me and listens when I order; I never have to repeat my order.They seem to have a variety of of bread everytime I visit and it’s fresh!My only critique is it seems the lettuce is hit and miss, sometimes it’s brown other times is fresh and crunchy.

I ordered a footlong tuna and when the the associate went to put tuna on the bread, I noticed a huge hair in the tuna container. I informed the associate and she replaced the tuna with a new container. I paid for my order, but expected some sort of remedy for my experience. When there was no offer except an apology, I asked for an offer since if I hadn't noticed the hair, I would've eaten it. The manger offered 25% off, which I accepted, but I won't EVER go back! Not one hair net worn!
