If I could give y’all no stars I would. My boyfriend are from out of town and we decided to go to this subway. Upon walking in we were met with a 47 year old balding male who sighed and rolled his eyes. He didn’t even say hello. So my boyfriend and I greet the man and say hello. He mumbles hello, and stares at us blankly. My boyfriend then ordered his food and the man asks him if he’d like his sub toasted. My boyfriend says yes and the man again sighs obnoxiously. I’m all for someone having a bad day but this man has no home training or sense of decorum. I then order my sub which is a meatball marinara. Not only was I charged for the wrong sub which was more expensive, IT WASNT EVEN TOASTED! Which he asked me if I wanted it to be. I had lukewarm meatballs on a soggy piece of bread and BRICKS of unmelted cheese on my sandwich which made it impossible to eat. I wish the horror ended there but I then opened my sub and forgot I wanted pickles. I wait at the counter while the man is in the back doing dishes. He comes up and I ask for the pickles AND HE KEEPS THE SAME NASTY GLOVE ON! Covered in sauce and whatever else from the dishes in the back. He shoves his hand in the pickles and hands me a side. I almost threw up. I spent $30 on two subs to not even be made properly. Chick Fil A or even the Korean spot next door would have been a better option.

Horrible service...web site said open until 7p... sign on door said open until 10p. We don't have a car... son's walked... got there at 6:10 pm and the door is locked... manager wouldn't even acknowledge they were at the door... HORRIBLE... I will be contacting Subway home office tomorrow. Hope no one buys from this store 🤬

I ordered two subs through DoorDash from this location. One was made correctly, but the other was not only incorrect—it also had some kind of bug in it. I've tried contacting the store, but they're not responding. This is extremely unprofessional and honestly disgusting. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if I hadn’t looked closely before eating.

When someone places an order online, all the staff member has to do is read it, pull the ingredients, and make the food.

If/when you're out of something, I totally understand. However, YOU must communicate that information. You can't simply substitute an item without asking questions; food substitutions could kill, "literally!"

I ordered Dr. Pepper to drink, they were out of that. They communicated that and alternatives were provided. I got Cherry Pepsi.

I ordered chocolate chip cookies with my meal, and was provided double chocolate chip with macadamia nuts instead. I'm deathly allergic to tree nuts. However, the less than intelligent staff member was too busy trying to close up early (at 9:20 PM) when the shop doesn't close till 10 PM.

This person needs to do better. This person needs to be consistent in their efforts. This person needs to be reprimanded by management/ ownership.

If you have a job, do it well. Just showing up and doing the bare minimum could have massive consequences for your customers. Do you have the funds to pay for hospital bills?

I arrived to Subway at 2:54pm on a Wednesday and the entire store is locked. The open sign is on but nobody is inside or answering the phone. Whoever is responsible for keeping this place open and running needs to have a talk with the owner.

On 12-7-2024 at 1430 in the afternoon. I went into the subway store on university and ordered 2 cold OVEN ROASTED SUBS. And the employee made 2 subs only for me to find out that he made 2 titan turkey subs. I told him that it is not what I ordered. He then proceeded to stand there and look at me and try to tell me that he couldn't do anything about it. So he was forcing me to pay for something I did not order, and I told him he needs to listen more carefully to what people say and he said I'm not going to argue with you. And I said because YOU KNOW I'M RIGHT. He just ruined it for me and he just cost this location my business. I am never going back to there and I hope whoever reads this does the same do not waste your time going in there.

Twice I've tried coming here between 8:30-10pm. Google claims they are open until 10pm, their door has 10pm stickers over the 9pm sticker and at 8:48pm tonight, the two employees working told us they were closed when walking in. This store is poorly managed --who turns customers away during open hours and allows employees to be rude to paying customers? Sorely disappointed in this location - do not recommend.
