I’m unsure why the food station is hidden !! I do understand it was corporate decision but what they wanted to hide?
If this was from beginning, no question would arrive but why after few decades they decide to block the view ??
Nevertheless I visited this located inside the mall, located at the food court. One person was working so it was kind of hard for him to coupe up with.
Salad area look unclean and unorganized. I tired the turkey 12” and again the sandwich was not the freshest I tried at other Subway locations. Need improvement

Save your $$$$$ I ordered 3 subs, it was absolutely disgusting, bread was not cooked all the way so I was basically eating dough. Then the sandwiches I got for my kids was just as disgusting. Needless to say I don’t think I will ever eat subway again thanks!

Giving a star only because the manager seemed caring and apologetic about one of the workers' behavior. If it weren't for her I'd give zero stars.
This location has a history of terrible service, ranging from all the workers taking an hour long break at the same time, to overcharging, to literally screaming at customers so loud that passersby turn around to see what's going on.
There is a high turnover with a couple good employees every now and then but overall not a place I would recommend. After getting screamed at, I do NOT recommend coming here. The Subway north of this location on Baldwin is so much better.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!
I recently visited the Subway location at Great Lakes Crossing Mall and was shocked by the rude customer service I received. The staff seemed completely uncaring and uninterested in helping me with my order. When I politely asked for a modification to my sandwich, I was met with a sigh and a dismissive attitude. The employee seemed put off by my request and didn't even bother to apologize or offer a solution. The lack of customer service skills and general apathy displayed by the staff was disappointing and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, which was clearly not provided.

Unless the management takes steps to address these issues, I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone.

If I could give a 0 star I will, the staf is so rude I tried it ones there was a girl who served me she was so rude she gave no respect at all , I passed by today to give the place another chance ,and today was worse I asked for tuna sandwich she said it will be a minute which took longer than that but didn’t say anything but common went to ask to make the bread toested she yelled at me with no respect no shame and turned her back .I won’t come back to this place ever again . I don’t recommend it this place .

If I could give 0 stars a would. The manager (I use that term loosely) SLAPPED my husband for recording her bc her and hdr workers were rude. She was cited for disorderly conduct. We have been in contact with corporate, they are looking into the situation. FIRED.

One of the workers were rule obnoxious lost all decorum when servicing a customer she was short with the customer when they didn’t have what she wanted on a online order and the manager made excuses for her behavior, I’ve been a long time Subway customer but I won’t be back with service like that

I guess I should’ve looked at their reviews before ordering from this place…

I am local and wanted a sub. Ordered it through GrubHub and had it delivered. There were no issues on GrubHubs end, however, I ordered one of those new foot-long cookies to try that they charge $7 for on the GrubHub app, and this restaurant gave me a $.99 chocolate chip cookie. 😂😂😂😂😂 They really tried to pull a fast one. When the correct process is to report the cookie either out of stock or unavailable on the app and I should’ve got my money refunded. I also paid for a bottled pop and they gave me fountain. So I was of course charged more for bottled plus a bottle fee to have this kind of pop that I wanted. Of course GrubHub refunded me all of my money for the major inconvenience but the restaurant has horrible service, and they really should be banned. Their customer service is horrible.

The old woman working told me i needed to go away and order online because she was alone, despite the fact there was no one else behind me.. i asked her simply even if i order online wouldn't you still have to stop whatever you're doing to make it, she replied with a nasty "duh" and then i asked what the difference between that and me just ordering really fast was. She told me she had too much to do to be able to make my order and if I'm not going to order online then i need to "go away"
