The young male worker on 3/8/24 clearly needs a job that he would actually enjoy. His service, or the lack of, shows how miserable it is working here. The sub was ok, a tad messy, meats weren’t fresh. We waited super long for this kid to be willing to finish making it and ringing us up.

The worker working 3/7 was such a sweetheart :). I dropped my pretzel, and after making a joke ("that doesn't go there") she made me another one and even replaced the sauce.My sandwich was awesome, though they were out of tomato :(.

The girl working 1/22/24 should absolutely not be working in customer service. I wanted a sub and my 2yr old son wanted a pretzel (from Subway I know but it’s all he wanted in the food court area lol)…She told us to come back in an hour if we wanted a pretzel (because they were defrosting supposedly), so my son continued to play in the play area and then we came back, I waited in line again for her to lie to my face and say we are out of pretzels. I told her you just told us to come back in an hour and they would be ready and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back then came out with the pretzels, then put a sign up saying she was going on break.I asked her if the pretzels she just brought out were ready and she said “how many times do I have to tell you the pretzels aren’t ready.”She did this in front of multiple customers mind you. So rude.I work in customer service I know a lot of places are under staffed and we all have bad days but reading the reviews, it sounds like this is a huge problem at this location daily.

This one white girl working there was so rude, me and my friend was looking at the menu from a far and she taps the glass hard and yells out "No this person is my last customer" she's white redish hair and glasses like girl so rude. I was having a bad day too and all I wanted was some subway did I take my anger out on you? NO. Anyway next time I see her imma have some words. And yea their food not that good and they don't be clean I be walking past and its crazy what I see them people do. We need the FDA on them and that nasty food too.

I was 1st in line. There seemed to be only one employee here. She was cleaning the sandwich making area. I assumed that because she was busy and the only employee, if I waited, she'd be ready to serve me shortly. I waited for 6 minutes and eventually had to leave because I had somewhere to be. I just wanted a cookie. It would be nice to hear, "I'll be with you in a few minutes" or "we're closing early today because we're understaffed" so I would have known to not waste my time. No communication so I wasn't sure what to do, or how long I would have been in that line waiting for one cookie if I stayed

The sandwich maker burned the bread so badly that is was not edible. Terrible that he saw that he burned it, made my sandwich with the burned bread anyways and gave it to me. I ordered on the app so had no way of knowing til I got home. I'm done with this place!

7/28/23 no meatballs. It's my son's favorite and only sandwich he'll eat. I waited with nine people in front of me and one person working which I don't mind as long as I get what I need when it's my turn, maybe next time put up a sign.
