Every-time I come in they are super nice, super attentive, and easy to talk to! truly great staff!! My favorite subway location for sure.

I generally place an online order to this location since it's right down the road from my job. Only once out of 4 times have they gotten my order absolutely accurate. Once I ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub, got everything except the chicken. It was replaced with turkey or ham or something - I can't remember.
Another time I also placed an order for a turkey and ham sub, and requested bacon added. Got everything I ordered, except the bacon. Just disappointed because I spend good money to get a sandwich for lunch and for it to be a literal loss of money does not make me want to come back.

One of the last GREAT Subways around. Awesome staff that were quick and efficient. Food was fresh, I had a tuna sandwich that was perfectly toasted.

It's been awhile since I've been to subway, I was surprised by how expensive it is now. The middle-aged woman with nice makeup and nails was pleasant until I did not give her a tip. She gave me a dirty look and refused to say have a nice day back to me. The subs were adequate but not exceptional. The restaurant was decorated festively for easter.

Very clean place. Jeff at the counter made my sub and we had a great chat everyone there was happy and did there job quickly. Very good people and good food. awesome customer service I would definitely recommend 👌

The staff is always polite but Everytime I go in there is only 1 staff member stuck making 10+ sandwiches. Get more help!

Went to the mall today Sunday Dec 15,2024. I ordered from A&W restaurant next door to that untrained subway and a customer jump the counter to fight one of the employee because she was upset with him and slap him and he did to her what Subway should have done is to fire All those workers and closed the store before something bad happens in that place

Ordered through the app, requesting extra lettuce. This was the size of my foot long sub, with a quarter for scale. First two photos was only one half - few inches from the end and the sub was not filled with much other than ranch.
3rd photo - Second half of a foot long, where it was cut. The total amount of toppings inside was about the size of a quarter, and less after taking a bite.
Do NOT order online since the employees will try and cheat you out of a decently filled sub if you are not there watching.

I have been a customer of this location for several years. I am so happy that the original team has returned to make my sandwiches! They all work together well and have nothing but patience. Sometimes I’m just there for myself or I pick up dinner for my family. They all are familiar with my order and I know how devoted the team is to cleanliness and ensuring all the ingredients are fresh and ready to serve.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered 6 subs on the website and the order "wasn't received" but they sure took the $52 from our bank account. The employee in the store was extremely rude during the in-store interaction.
