this was an absute disgrace. the so called manager is NOT the manager and treat us TERRIBLY. we spent 71 DOLLARS and didnt get the grilled cheese steak burrito combo. no refund. no delivery. nothing. out of business.

I always go during lunchtime, being down the street from my work, and I've never had an issue. However, a couple times, I had a late lunch (after 2pm), and both times were a horrible experience. I'm not sure who's working or what they're doing in the later afternoon, but I think some people there either need more training or replacing.

While the employees were all very nice when we did see them, I still like to make my order with a person when I go inside. We waited a few minutes and when no one came we used the screen. Our order did request no cheese, add guacamole. I think they put the cheese on and then tried to take it off as there were little bits still left inside and they forgot the guac. It was still better than the TB we went to last night that ran out of taco meat 🙄

Taco Bell by Speedway on Opdyke uses A.I. to take your order in the drive thru, which is cool, but be sure to check your order before you leave, to make sure that it is correct.

Please, DO NOT come to this location. Drive thru takes longer than dining in a restaurant. Not sure why but be prepared to spend 20-25 min waiting to get your food. Fast food quality? Yes. Fast food service? No
Showed up, was told they were only dealing with mobile or DoorDash orders. Pretty sad they can’t spare the people to support customers actually at their establishment.
