I always go during lunchtime, being down the street from my work, and I've never had an issue. However, a couple times, I had a late lunch (after 2pm), and both times were a horrible experience. I'm not sure who's working or what they're doing in the later afternoon, but I think some people there either need more training or replacing.
While the employees were all very nice when we did see them, I still like to make my order with a person when I go inside. We waited a few minutes and when no one came we used the screen.
Our order did request no cheese, add guacamole. I think they put the cheese on and then tried to take it off as there were little bits still left inside and they forgot the guac.
It was still better than the TB we went to last night that ran out of taco meat 🙄

Just an issue with the location receiving my mobile order but they took care of it once they confirmed the order. I’ve had other locations just refuse to even bother with my order if they didn’t see it on their screen.
