I ordered a grilled cheese black bean burrito. It was not made correctly not even grilled just rolled and put in the bag. I told them it was wrong she took it back put it on the grilled gave it back to me. Get to my seat and it’s STILL WRONG. Take it back and she precedes to tell me that the grilled cheese burrito I ordered doesn’t come “that way” with melted cheese on the top. As this is the ONLY thing I eat at Taco Bell and I eat it at least twice a week I know what I’m talking about. It was 2 older ladies who then preceded to talk shit about me well I’m waiting for them to remake it at this point I am uncomfortable with them making my food so I asked for a refund.

Whoever you have working there at Great Lakes crossing location seriously needs to be checked out. I was disgusted and should have asked for a refund on my whole order as the kids didn’t trust eating their food either.

The only nice person was the young girl that was helping out front with filling pops and doing transactions. Keep her!

Found plastic cover in the food and spoke to manager. They were like, OK let me give another one. An apology would have been a nicer way to better customer service. Yes, your employees are beaten up with work, but there should be commitment.

Being a small business owner, i understand the pain in running a business. And mistakes happen. But this is not a customer should be handled.

Reluctantly paid $14.99 for a meal that costs $7.00 at every other Taco Bell. Shame on this place for thinking it’s ok to price gouge!!!

My experience at Taco Bell was amazing! The food was really tasty and enjoyable. The staff member who was working was so kind, patient, and friendly. She made the whole visit even better with her great attitude. Definitely deserves a high rating, and I’ll be coming back again for sure

i got nacho fries and they weren’t even seasoned, they were literally just like regular fries, my quesadilla didn’t even have sour cream when i payed to add it on. on top of that it tasted so bad along with my burrito to that i almost felt like throwing up while i was eating it, and just to top it all off the food took forever to get anyways, even tho there was nobody else besides me there. just go next door and get some amazing cheese steaks from charleys, you’ll thank me.

the manager didn’t know how to use the kiosk to do a mobile check in so I was unable to use my rewards. They told me to order through the app, but their app said that their store was closed and then I asked them if they could fix it and make it so I could order then they said they were unable to make the change. all i was trying do to was order a drink with my rewards. management was unprofessional and walked away and didnt come back to speak with me about my issue. dont spend your money here. there are better restaurant options in the food court

Made my order completely wrong. Didn't give me a double stacked taco, used the wrong type of shell worth my gordita crunch. Put a shit ton of sour cream when I asked for easy. There was literally NO ONE in line when I ordered so it wasn't busy at all.
I'm disappointed. The food didn't taste very good having been made wrong.

The Taco Bell ap came up with an old location when I was placing my order. I did not notice it until I placed my order. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but the ap wouldn’t allow me. The staff at this location was very helpful. They made suggestions and then offered to make my order. I definitely will stop at this location. Great service!!

Went here with my son who really looks forward to Taco Bell and got robbed by the employees. He wanted Chalupa's so we ordered Chalupa's. Waited 20 minutes while people who ordered after us were being served. I asked if they could check my receipt and they asked me if I had already received my food. Why would I be asking where my food is if I had already received it. Then they conversed for a couple minutes and they told me they would get my order ready. 10 minutes later I asked if they were working on it and they started questioning each other on the line. At that point I started asking if I could just get a refund. They all started asking each other on how to give a refund. Then someone set a bag on the counter and they all agreed it was my order. The receipts matched. We took the bag into the food court to eat and all they did was threw in a few soggy beef soft shelled taco's in a bag, which was no where near the value of the Chalupa's we had ordered. I wasn't going back there so we ended up ordering at A&W. That was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
