This Taco Bell is wonderful and the general manager I do believe Tammy is absolutely an angel and I look forward to seeing her every time I go up there for breakfast however, I think the company should give her paid time just because of the way that she represents the company so that she can go take care of herself. That’s how wonderful of a person she is

Slowest taco bell I've ever been to. 2 people in line and I have to wait 15 minutes for my order which wasnt right. Lettuce and tomatoes on my crunch wrap supreme. I will drive the extra 15 minutes just to go to a different taco bell

I would leave 0 stars if I could. As a very frequent taco bell goer, this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. We were the only car in the drive thru and still had to wait over 20 minutes. As we waited, the staff stood inside the window chit chatting doing absolutely nothing. Horrible experience and will never be back to this location.

I have a complex order due to some food intolerances and allergies and this location always does very well with it. The staff is always very polite and kind, which is more than I can say for some other locations and chains. They always do a great job!

My name is Najida Ahmed , I work two jobs and drive 35-45 minutes to each, and to day I work two shift hungry because the taco bell did not give my my food in 13 minutes in the drive through. In addition to the service when I asked the cashier at the window how long she roller her eyes and walked away. I spoke to a bri and I can even get my money back until I drive back to the sight. I have to work until six in the morning, then take my kids back to school and drive 40 minutes for 11 dollars? I'll be calling corporate

Today the 3rd and final time trying this taco bell. The AI drive through added an extra item to my bag and when I told the ai to fing remove the extra item the staff told me off and said I will not get my food. This location takes 15 minutes for two cars always gets the order wrong and refuses food cause the customer doesn't want to pay for items they sneak into the order. SHUT DOWN this location!!!!

I drive 15 minutes to this location just for breakfast every Saturday. Always good staff on duty, food orders have always been accurate and never waited more than a few minutes, even with a couple cars in the drive-thru.

absolutely terrible. i have NEVER gotten a correct order from this location. they are insanely slow, rude, and consistently incorrect. stupid AI at the drive through is horrible as well. if you have a staff full of people in the building just have them take the damn order. i could drive to the one by great lakes crossing, order, get my food (correctly) and be home sooner than i would receive a messed up order from this one. management doesn’t care about staff issues or incorrect orders.

Going somewhere else period so disrespectful and I gave her a chance to correct her attitude but no was rude! We just left at 9:01 pm get her fired with her attitude. Horrible service we will go to other taco bell

It smells like a trash can has not been emptied in weeks. Really put me off my appetite. Employee was filthy and the wrinkled shirt looked like it came out of the bottom of a laundry hamper. Service was fine but the place is just filthy and it stinks. The grilled cheese burrito was mush on the inside as if it had been prepared much earlier.
