I love going to this location. Doesn't matter if I am sitting at the bar or at the table I have always gotten the same great service.

Food and service was good. The restaurant needs to be deep cleaned, the booths are dirty and has old food on them. Bathroom was a mess too. I wont go back.

Food served on the black pans not on plates. It was weird for the vegetables and melted cheese tastes weird off one of them. Was there before and they didn’t do it, it was also precovid then.

My family & I came for my birthday dinner and now I wish we would’ve stayed home. Our server was pretty good but lacked on attentiveness. He spent a lot of time socializing or staying in the back. Our first choice restaraunt in the area fell through but we still headed 40 mins to get here. My husband and Grandma had excellent ribs, but the first meal was fish and chips that had to be sent back, they didn’t look or taste right and one of the waiter’s agreed. My daughter had mac and cheese. We all split the combo platter and my wings were so burned and hard they tasted like the tacky burned bits from the bottom of a fryer. I got the southern fried chicken sandwich and I didn’t eat it past 2 bites because again, BURNED CHICKEN. I told a waiter that was checking in on us but wasn’t our actual waiter that whomever was frying things needs to stop over frying things by like 2+ minutes. One thing is understandable but two chicken items?? Come on. I wish I would’ve taken a picture now, it was unbelievable. I hadn’t eaten all day and was excited for this meal but I would’ve rather starved. We arrived at about 4:30pm and here it is 1:26 am, since an hour after we left I’ve had non stop and horribly excessive gas and diarrhea all night. My husband’s stomach as well as my daughters are all in pain and we are not feeling well. We will NEVER be back!

It was an excellent place to eat. And the food was perfect as well. :)

Just lost our business. Regardless of how slow business may be, there should NEVER be a situation where customers walk in the door and wait several minutes at the door and never even see an employee much less be acknowledged and served. That's especially true when you already have seated customers.

Food tasted great, but the sizzling chicken and shrimp had the cheese all on bottom where it burned to the cast iron... so the cheese wasn't really part of meal

Our server was awesome. We were checked on consistently the food was hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

Although they seemed short on staff, they quickly pulled together to serve my large party of 6. Staff was friendly and the food was good and cooked to order.

The food that they remember to give you is good, but we ordered the Catch of the Season and they forgot to give us any sauce and our broccoli

My husband and I had a great experience. The food was great and the waitress was wonderful. They checked in with us a lot to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Will definitely come back whenever we are in the area.

Pretty much the worst place I have been to in a while. Couldn't understand the waiter due to his mumbling he forgets silverware and plates. Could hear the employees in the back yelling in the back about how one girls eyes can roll. Sign wasn't on,I assume to keep patrons from coming in. Lazy A1 employees

Good food, slow service, though seems to be just a staffing problem. The staff they do have are fine.

Fridays need to lower there prices some but everything else was good.

This review is of a takeout order, so I can't say anything if the inside service except that the people we did deal with were very nice. Spinach and artichoke here is the best I've had in Michigan. The fries are good. Kids loved their meals. Their veggie burgers are my favorite. The chicken dishes are really good. And you have to try their teas! The strawberry passion tea is my favorite, and if I lived closer I'd probably get it almost daily. I honestly used to not like TGI Friday's because their only vegetarian options that I either could or would eat were all too spicy. But since the menu has changed since I went years ago the food is so, so much better. Honestly, don't overlook this place. I love the food here and it's honestly my favorite restaurant in Michigan. We have never had a bad dish.
