Very fun, great food and service, my only minor complaint was the heaters were too hot and our food was kind of cold when it arrived, other than this temperature quirks great place!

I came into top golf around 5pm on a Saturday with a party of 4, two of which being kids obviously under the age of 18. The woman at the front desk put us on a waiting list where we would proceed to wait for over 4 hours. She made no mention of having to show ID to prove that you’re over 21 (which myself and the other party member were not) so as we return to the establishment at 10pm we were promptly rejected. She could clearly see that one party member was 13 years old and still decided that she should put us on the waitlist for over 4 hours despite it being obvious that every member of the party was not over 18.

This is my second time coming to top golf and since me and my husband had to wait for an available bay, of course we went to the bar to have a drink or two. Isabell (our bartender) took our order and was kind of bland towards us but we overlooked it. When we asked her how much longer for our food, she had an attitude that we were even asking. Another bartender “Lynn” jumped in and explained to us the reason why it might be taking so long and apologized. We also witnessed another young man bartender ask Isabell for help and she also gave him attitude saying she doesn’t know and he needed to figure it out. Lynn came by a few minutes later and helped that young man without any hassle. We thanked Lynn for his service. But Isabell doesn’t need to work in customer service. She might need to work in the back or in the kitchen where she doesn’t have to deal with the public. Not sure if it was because it was late and closing was in 3 hours but I definitely don’t want to be treated like I’m bothering someone to do their job. Maybe Top Golf should shop their staff to see how they treat their customers.

I enjoy visiting this place occasionally, but today was disappointing. We arrived around 5 pm and were informed there was a 5-6 hour wait. We put our name on the list and waited. When we finally got there, we were told that at least one person in our party had to be over 21 or everyone needed to be 18. We were turned away after waiting for so long, which was very frustrating. It would have been helpful to be informed about this prior to making a reservation.

Crossed from Canada for our first experience at Top Golf. When we arrived we were told there was a 45 min wait. We decided to have a drink at the restaurant and wait (we had our two teenage kids with us). After over an hour, we went to the desk and were told there was an over 5 hour wait…..not sure how 45 min became 5 hours so quickly. A heads up would’ve been nice, as they took our phone number when we checked in.

We drove 2 hours to play top golf on a Saturday for my brothers birthday and we were told it is a 6 HOUR wait. That is absolutely ridiculous. I understand they are busy but we tried to get a reservation and the website would not allow us. Would be nice if reservations were not allowed and it was a walk in only. Very upset with this place and do not plan on coming back!!

Kylee was our server and she was amazing! We had a company party and she made sure everyone had drinks and food! Totally would recommend for your next event!
It is always enjoyable. Food and drinks are also good. But servers come and ask us too many times. Even though we don’t need anything, it was annoying. It would be better to customer can ask something when they need something.

My friends and I went to topgolf and got one bay. The guy working there accidentally gave us the bill for the bay next to us. We got charged for the bay next to us and our bay. Top golf said they were going to refund us for the bay that wasn't ours. They never refunded us, for their mistake and stopped returning our calls.

Totally disappointed you can’t come in this place after nine and Golf if you’re under 21 does not make sense. The reason I got was because they serve alcohol. Here’s a news alert. They sell alcohol everywhere B dubs every restaurant you see kids everywhere it’s not like they’re going to a shooting range. They just wanna shoot some golf balls and you guys are acting like they’re trying to get into a strip bar disappointing. We will not be back.

Food was pricey for what it was, not impressive anyways. I don't know how old this location is but the balls, tees, and parts of the facility seemed well used. Staff was good.
